There are public transport by bus 1 km from the property and long-distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The accommodation is primarily for 2 people but an extra bed can be set up. At a cost of SEK 200/night, a nearby cottage on the property can also be used as a sleeping place for an additional person.

There are nice hiking areas around the fields, birdwatching along Storån at spring/autumn as well as many cultural monuments from the stone and bronze ages in the area. Modern newly built attefall house of 30 sqm that is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

The property is located in Knivsta Centrum about 100m from Knivsta commuter train station. With UL: 8 minutes to Uppsala Central Station. With SJ and Mälartåg: 27 mins to Stockholm Central Station. The Attefall house is completely secluded from the main property with its own driveway and outdoor area. Inside, you'll find all permanent housing facilities. Level 1 is about 25 sqm and the sleeping loft on level 2 is about 10 sqm. Balcony about 20 sqm
