Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Quiet granny apartment in designer house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

We stayed in Peter's apartment for a short week in the really beautiful, green and quiet Wannsee neighborhood. The apartment was clean, very cozy and equipped with every comfort. For us, a family with two children aged 14 and 17, the space was definitely big enough, although the beds are not too spacious. One of the daughters therefore used the sofa, which was also wonderfully large and soft, a great option. The connection to the S-bahn is perfect, only 10 minutes walk. If we go to Berlin again we will definitely come back here, this place is highly recommended!

Everything is great. Close to Berlin, yet very quiet. All shops serving daily needs are also available on site. You can easily park in the street.
