Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in unserem selbst bewohnten Haus. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

The bright apartment on the second floor includes a living room (including Wi-Fi and smart TV) with kitchenette (including fridge-freezer, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, induction stove, toaster, Philips Senseo), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower (including hairdryer towels, bed sheets, hand soap).

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Obergeschoss hoch über dem Garten und ist ein idyllischer Rückzugsort. 5 grosse Sonnenfenster lassen die Landschaft herein und es gibt reichlich Platz: 100 qm + 12 qm Balkon. Um eine zentrale Wohndiele mit Küche gruppieren sich 2 Schlafzimmer, das Bad und ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Stereoanlage. Diese Aufteilung gewährt den Schlafzimmern beständige Ruhe.

Die Ferienwohnung Fuchsbau befindet sich auf dem alten Gutshof des Forstgutes Laase mit idyllischem bewaldeten Park, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Garten (der Rasen ist gerade gesät und ist ab Juni 2024 grün). Die Gutsanlage bietet viel Platz für Naturverliebte sowie Familien mit Kindern. Spielplatz im Park und Ruderboot auf nahegelegenem Badesee inklusive. Reitmöglichkeit, Rad- und Kanutouren in nächster Umgebung.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

At the gates of Rostock

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
