Our studio is 16 sqm small, yet it is well equipped and the house oozes old Vallila spirit. The building is over 90 years old and, though greatly cared for, our studio shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina. Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor and that the building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.

Cozy, nostalgically decorated 26m2 studio apartment in a central location and with good transport links. Optimal for two, but beds for four person. So it also works well for families. In the neighborhood you can find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, small shops and the great Konepaja area with services. Linnanmäki and SeaLife give great moments families with children. The trams have a direct connection to the Pasila train station, the center of Helsinki and the ferry terminals.

Perfectly situated, beautiful two room apartment: bedroom, living room, kitchenette and balcony. Excellent connections: to City Center by underground about 12 minutes, Marimekko factory shop in walking distance. Shopping centers Itis and Redi only 4 minutes by underground. Great outdoor recreation possibilities. Large bird watching areas nearby. Notice! Do not book this apartment, if you earn your living by selling drugs or sex. Renovated Finnish design apartment

Wonderful place. Everything was beautiful and newly furnished. There's dryer and washer provided. Good recommendations from host and quick responses too. However we did not expect the lift to be under maintenance so we had to lug our 20kg luggages up from ground floor to 3 storey. Overall, a pleasant stay and I will definitely recommend it.

Ville was extremely helpful, proactive and responsive. There were some questions and logistic hurdles for the trip, but Ville guided us through it with ease and hospitality. Apartment had a nice view, was well equipped and placed at walking distance from a lot of nice and calm, but central places. Bang for the buck!
