Cozy Summerhouse by the River

Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. Whole House + Sauna (Animals Welcome!)

Our cozy home only a few minutes from downtown Rovaniemi (10 min from airport) has plenty of room for a group or a family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and you can often see the Northern Lights from our yard. (See the pics in our listing!) Feel free to heat up the sauna and bang out some holiday jams on the piano or classical guitar. Or bundle up and go build snowmen in our backyard. And best of all, you don't have to leave your furry friends behind! Pets are more than welcome!

Blue Moment - Ice swimming, Forester and Beach

On this true lakeside cottage with it's natural yard and sandy beach you can connect to nature and finger velvety moss and brushwood - pick the berries just around the house! It has genuine woodburning sauna where bathing would be done - Bara Bada Bastu! Dip into hot pool or lake under the arctic sky, in all seasons. Snow shoes, ski-shoes, skates, fat bikes, ice fishing gear and some extra clothing included, in summer SUP boards, kayakes, rowing boat with electric motor and fishing gear.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). Laadukas ja rauhallinen majoitus

Perheesi on lähellä kaikkea, kun majoitut tässä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Kauppaan ja muihin palveluihin on todella lyhyt matka. Rinteet sijaitsevat myös lähellä. Poreallas katetulla terassilla on käytössäsi koko majoittumisen ajan. Laadukkaasti sisustettu ja viimeistelty majoitus jossa viihtyy mukavasti pidemmänkin aikaa. Omassa rauhassa kuitenkin keskeisellä paikalla. Oma sauna ja takka tekevät majoittumisesta entistä mukavampaa.

Majoitu rauhallisella alueella lähellä Ylläs tunturia. Erityistä meillä on luonnon läheisyys, verkkainen elämäntahti, hiljaisuus ja paikallisuuden tuntu. Harrastaa voi kohteessa tai hurauttaa helposti vaikka minne. Lue vinkit Mian opaskirjasta! Pihapiiri on entinen maatila, jossa on kaksi paritaloa. Pihalla asustaa kaksi hirvikoiraa ja talon isännällä on poroaitaus pienen matkan päässä. Tien toisella puolella on kotarakennus.

1,5 kerroksinen talo rannalla

Nauti sekä järvimaisemasta että jylhästä vaaranlaesta. Metsästysmaat lähellä, samoin kyläkauppa. 28 km Pellon kylälle, 80km Rovaniemelle. Kaksi makuhuonetta ovilla ja kaksi aulatilaa yläkerrassa. Talvisin järvellä hiihtoladut ja mökiltä löytyy kaksi paria metsäsuksia. Lisäksi löytyy pulkkia mäen laskuun. Kesällä grilli, rantasauna, vene ja pelastusliivejä.

In einem ruhigen Aussenquartier gelegen! Benutzung der privaten Sauna ist möglich zwischen 16 bis 20 Uhr. Kosten: 20 Euro in Bar oder MobilePay pro Saunagang! Badetücher sind in der Sauna bereit, eigenes Dusch Shampoo müsstet ihr mitnehmen! 2 Stunden vorher melden, damit ich die Sauna vorbereiten kann. Danke!
