Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

This apartment was in the perfect location, right by the ocean and only a 12 minute Uber to downtown! Eric left us with a workbook full of great recommendations. The property was lovely and clean and super spacious for a 1- bed. Eric responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Eric!

The place is an absolute gem! Small but exceptionally well-appointed, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is compact yet functional, equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, and small fridge—all of which feel clean and new. The entire space reflects a high standard of cleanliness and thoughtful design. With your own access around the side, check-in was easy and the location is fantastic. Just off Broadway, you're within walking distance of multiple cozy cafés with excellent coffee, fitness studios, and a great variety of shops and restaurants to suit every need. Special shout-out to the top-notch coffee at Just Another on Broadway and C41 on 4th! Caroline is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a effortless experience in a location with great walkability.

I love this apartment. The area is great, so close to the beach and nice shops and coffee shops. I felt like at home and if I come back to Vancouver I want to stay here again. Marcello was great to reach, check-in was easy, the apartment has all you need and is even nicer than on the pictures. I had a great time.

Great location for walks along the coast, public pool was still open as well a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops and services + buses ten minutes walk. Glen was easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Vancouver, on our first visit.

This really is a lovely apartment. It’s got everything you need and a beautiful well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, easy to get to the city, the trains, buses, food stores and Stanley Park. It’s a better location than I expected. Lawrence was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this place.
