Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Mins away from Down Town with easy access for all transportation, including bus, car, bicycle and foot. The neighbourhood is well known for its great selection of local restaurants, cafes, bars and great bakeries. Only a few blocks away from 4th Ave which is famous for its excellent shopping where there are local supermarkets close by with plenty of variation, including Whole Foods.

This apartment was in the perfect location, right by the ocean and only a 12 minute Uber to downtown! Eric left us with a workbook full of great recommendations. The property was lovely and clean and super spacious for a 1- bed. Eric responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Eric!

Marcello was great to reach, check-in was easy, the apartment has all you need and is even nicer than on the pictures. I had a great time.

Great location for walks along the coast, public pool was still open as well a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops and services + buses ten minutes walk. Glen was easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Vancouver, on our first visit.
