Holiday rentals with a patio in Kitsilano Beach

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

our stay in the studio of Genevieve was great. It had everything we needed in a calm neighborhood but close to the city. It was easy to find and park your car! Genevieve helped when needed en responded quickly to messages. Thank you very much again!

Jason's place has a stunning view and we had a great time watching the lights come up in the city at night. We were also surprised that it was very quiet, we never heard the neighbors. As several people have mentioned, the instructions for getting inside could be clearer, particularly getting the car into and out of the garage. It was all fine in the end but better instructions would make it less stressful. We would definitely stay here again. A very special place.

Andy and Lydia were fantastic hosts. We felt welcomed and any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. The area is up and coming, and there are plenty of great spots just a short walk away. It was super close to downtown- easily and safely accessible by car/uber/taxi.

My stay at Krystal’s apartment in Vancouver was fantastic! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Krystal was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, which made exploring the city super easy. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver. We loved staying at Patrick's place. It was an excellent location, central to so many shops and restaurants. Lots of places to walk. Nice shower. Great to be able to do laundry in the apartment. The apartment was very clean. It was perfect for us. We would highly recommend it!

The neighborhood seems to be undergoing some gentrification, but some travelers may feel it’s a bit sketchy. The convenience of the skytrain being so close is great. Leave your car in the driveway and use public transportation. Meg is super responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous waterfront property in a beautiful location. The home was bright, modern, and immaculately clean. Comfy beds and linens, and cozy visiting areas. Appreciated the access to paddleboards and kayaks to have a paddle on the water. John was very communicative and friendly, and provided lots of great info regarding the property and area. Amazing stay!

A perfect spot for our family visit to Vancouver! The home was clean, full of character, and stocked with thoughtful touches. Loved the solarium, fun decor, and the great book collection. AC units in the bedrooms were a huge plus. Easy to find, super walkable, and close to fantastic restaurants.

Demitri and Jessica’s place was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at! It was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. 3 min walk to supermarket, 2 min walk to the bus stop, and 10 min drive to downtown Vancouver. Inside their home, you’ve got everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped (I’m talking about different types of coffee maker etc). The interior was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. I especially love the thoughtful instructions placed around the house - which saved me time from searching for how things work. Demitri and Jessica put in so much effort running this place. I got multiple messages from them during my stay to make sure our stay was ok. I would 100% recommend staying at their place!

We loved the great location and easy walk to Granville Island. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to make the most of our food finds at Granville Market. The sky lights in the home make it very bright and welcoming. We hope to come back soon.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. Beds were soft, the outdoor space was lovely and it was perfect for the night.

Unreal communication from the hosts. We were here for an event and they were accommodating to holding our bags before and after our stay and continued feedback throughout our trip. Mad sour experience so manageable and stress free. Can’t think them enough or recommend these hosts enough

Davis' place was exceptionally clean and in a great area local close to numerous great restaurants and shops.

A wonderful stay that truly felt like home. Very relaxing, convenient, welcoming and comfortable—would definitely return!

Perfect place to stay for our group with 4 adults and two kids. We loved the views!

This was an excellent place to stay, centrally located next to the rail to get around Vancouver. Also great restaurants within walking distance. The spot itself was well maintained and provided all the amenities like gym, pool, and sauna. Only thing was parking was tough to find upon arrival, took about an hour to find. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot to work & relax in with great views of downtown.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

Daman was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout our stay. While the neighborhood isn’t the quietest - expect some sirens from a nearby station and the sounds of downtown nightlife - that’s not Daman’s fault. In fact, he thoughtfully provided disposable earplugs in the nightstand, which was a great touch. The Airbnb itself was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed: shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, kitchen essentials, tape for mailing packages, garbage bags, plenty of towels, and more. These little conveniences made a big difference in the quality of our stay. The location is just a few blocks from the metro and within easy walking distance of tons of great shopping and dining. Highly recommend checking out The Roxy for a fun night out. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Everything is as expected. I appreciated the location - close to the T&T Supermarket, Sky Train, bus, and walking distance to many attractions. Clean and comes with everything you need. Nice views.

Iman responds immediately, which is really helpful when you are a stranger in town. Lots of local information. Really nice touches, drinks, snacks, fruit. Everything you could need and more. If I could think of anything missed, I would tell Iman privately, but genuinely I cannot think of anything, he has it all covered. Great city, top host.

Had a great stay - Pam was a responsive host and super accommodating for our needs. The loft is lovely and was pretty much what we expected when we stayed here. Appliances are all fairly new and the location is great. The window does not have shades, so it can get bright in the mornings. Although, natural sun light is a nice way to wake up :) Overall I would strongly recommend staying here.
