Our family of five with three kids enjoyed the place and felt right at home. It was our second visit and we hope to be back. We had a minor issue with the fridge noise and with starting the pellet stove and the owner communicated with us promptly and was incredibly helpful to address the issues asap. We are also grateful that we were allowed to checkin sooner and checkout later. Overall, a great place to enjoy skiing.

I booked Gail's place for a weeklong writing retreat, and was absolutely thrilled with the house and the location. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of places to sit and relax, and the outdoor space is lovely. Although Pioneer is somewhat remote, there's a wonderfully well-stocked local market about a mile from the house.

I spent a couple nights here with my family. During our stay, we found the peace and relaxation we were all so eagerly looking for. The house is beautiful and full of amenities that really make you feel like you're at home. The location is very convenient, with it being only 5 minutes away from the local grocery store and a short drive from several camping/swimming/fishing locations. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Had a good stay at Dean’s. It’s cozy and a good size for a family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. Easy parking and a short walk over to the closest lift. Only not as great part was the path to the unit — it was completely snow covered and so on initial walk in we were punching down through snow, but once we tracked it out it was fine going in and out.
