The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Very nice apartment, great location, right in the center, but also quiet. Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfy beds, kitchen is well equipped to make breakfast or dinner. Hopefully we'll be back!

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

The stay was amazing and the enjoyed the view from the balcony. Georg was very responsive and helpful. I would visit again!

My family fell in love with skiing in Kitzbuhel, and we would stay 100% at this Airbnb again! The walk to the ski lift was about 15 minutes, which is also the Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm train station. If coming by train, get off here as it's downhill to the Airbnb. When leaving, go to the Kitzbuhel Bahnhof train so you don't have to walk up the hill! The apartment is above the Schatzi Cafe, where we had a wonderful early dinner one night. You should definitely try the kaiserschmarrn! The apartment is extremely quiet and beautifully decorated; both beds are comfortable. Note that it features a tub (you can take a shower by angling it), and there is no kitchen or microwave. The super nice Andrea will meet you, so plan your time accordingly. You walk into an entryway; the huge bathroom is straight ahead, the bedroom on the right, and the living room on the left. There was a second bathroom right outside the entry door. I highly recommend this place - it's fantastic!

The apartment was very nice and our vacation went by quickly. Very close to the ski lifts :) Unfortunately, the mobile data and wifi in the house were very weak, but that doesn't depend on Anne.

Very new and modern apartment. Quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing, good starting point for cycling tours. Communication with landlords is smooth and quick. Very courteous and fair regarding arrival and departure times. I highly recommend it, it's a real insider tip. We felt very comfortable!

One of the absolute best AirBnB stays! The apartment was so beautiful had plenty of room for my husband and teenager and I. The bedrooms were larger than the photos suggested, so plenty of room for suitcases. The kitchen was so modern and well equipped and we enjoyed cooking several dinners there during our week stay. (The Nespresso machine was a nice touch as well!) It was hot and sunny during our stay and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunset view and the peace and quiet. Fraser and his team were so responsive and helpful when we needed them. We stayed a week but the apartment was so comfortable we could have stayed longer…and we wish we did! We cannot wait to visit again. Note: Kirchberg is a beautiful town with nice restaurants and several well stocked supermarkets and wine bars. We didn’t have a car and we were able to enjoy the area quite easily.

Stayed in Alexandra's apartment for a week with a friend. The flat is spacious and everything needed was present. Alexandra is also a very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in Heinz's apartment. The location is perfect. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful hiking trails and a good connection to the train (free of charge with the Brixental guest card). Heinz is a very friendly and helpful host who supported us with many useful recommendations. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the photos: clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We can only recommend the stay and thank Heinz again. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Since we came to town for skiing, we really liked the location. Only a few minutes walk to the Hahnenkamm cable car as well as all the downtown apres ski action. The home is spacious with a living room and two bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped as far as dishes, cookware and silverware is concerned. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We spent 4 wonderful days in a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. We thank the host for the good reception and hospitality. I definitely recommend it and we will repeat the reservation in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.
