Cosy Cottage in the mountains

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

I am renting out my country house, two living levels, large living area on the ground floor with high rooms with carved wooden ceilings, anteroom, kitchen, guest toilet, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub and shower on the upper floor. In the same house - completely separate - a tenant lives on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance from the back via a bridge. Very spacious accommodation for the whole family in the middle of nature in an absolutely quiet and sunny location

A hut in the nature, with a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. There is a outdoor shower, with gas, so you have warm water. We have some animals around the farm, and Stefan build a nature playground out of wood from our own forest. There is also a meeting room with a normal toilet and a fridge. This you can use, if it is not rent out.

Hofer vacation home

We, the Hofer family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home on our organic farm in Kirchberg am Wechsel. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

Relax with your family or friends in our beautiful bungalow in a quiet location with great views of the Bucklige Welt @Bullscreekranch The house is located right next to the forest from which you can take nice walks! The Bucklige Welt and the Wechselgebiet offer some excursion destinations in summer and winter! In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. The 7 mountain bikes are available free of charge.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
