Hotel holiday rentals in Kinugawa River

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arcsens. The hotel staffs are very friendly with good communications. The room is spacious for family of 4 adults and the bathroom toilet and shower are excellent. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but definitely far from the main attractions. Luckily there’s a subway station about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Scout is an excellent host who runs an amazing Japanese-style hostel. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to escape the bustling city of Tokyo for a while. Having a car would be convenient, but Scout’s shuttle service ensures that you can still explore the area easily. Thank you for the wonderful stay and breakfast, Scout!

We had a great stay at the Erika's room. My room has a nice view of river. Erika was very kind and communicative. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood, not too far from the station probably just a 5minute walk and it’s convenient that it’s in the Shinjuku subway line which is easy to get to

Great place to stay! Perfect location and Momoe is one of the best hosts!

Chambre sympa, bien que petite. en cas de problème, l'hôte est réactif et sait nous conseiller. Le micro-ondes et les ustensiles de cuisson son commun avec les autres chambres. Dans la chambre il y a le lave-linge, des toilettes et la salle de bain. Attention: prévoir de la marche pour les stations de train (1ere à 10 min et l'autre à 15 minutes a pied). Pour moins marcher, il y a possibilité de prendre le bus.

A little small for the price, but superb location!

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

Very clean place. About 13 minutes from the nearest station. I enjoyed the AC, amenities such as a kettle and toothbrush, among other things.

Fantastic stay and great value for money! The place was easily accessible as it was a 2-3 minute walk from the train station which takes you everywhere you need to go (but still quiet and peaceful in the lovely community of Komagome). The mattress is slightly thin, but we still had good night sleeps anyway! Max was helpful throughout the process. This place is on the 5th floor (with a luggage elevator to the 4th floor) , so a few sets of stairs to walk up, but we liked the exercise with all the yummy food we had from nearby. Overall, great stay for the price and happy with our experience! Thank you.

Nice apartment in an older building. It has a cool open patio area. Wish I could have stayed longer to explore the area, but there's a supermarket nearby and tons of conbini in the area and restaurants near the stations. Can walk to Shinagawa if you don't have luggage, otherwise use the other 2 stations nearby.

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt und bin absolut zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal, zentral, mit allem in der Nähe, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen Gastgeber, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

The location was good. This place offers affordable rental. Overall is normal. The simple room with a good bed, but no refrigerator and bathtub drain plug, no light for aisle from lift to the room. I cannot store fresh food. Even there has no refrigerator at the common area, also not enough light. There have supermarket and food shops around the Inn. I cannot get any extra assistance from Airbnb. Following the self check in and check out are enough to stay, but if extra request or ask others questions, all are automatically responses with the same sentence, which are useless.

Absolutely nice apartment. Beautifully designed and decorated, everything is new and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Many restaurants nearby, and Senso-ji Temple is just a short distance away. Public transportation is also very convenient. The only slight inconvenience is that there's no elevator—the room is on the 5th floor. So if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to carry it all the way up. Compared to how good the room is, well, this small inconvenience is nothing. If I ever come back to Tokyo, this woukd be my first choice.
