I highly recommend Sherry's Airbnb! My friends and I had an amazing stay - it was so cozy and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Debbie’s property is a little slice of peaceful heaven. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay, and was within a 20 minute drive of almost all activities in Rotorua.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

Beautifully kept home and immaculately clean. Can’t fault the stay.

Max was amazing and we really enjoyed his company, he is such a great host. The house was comfortable and the view was worth everything. We stayed during a storm and even though the weather was bad, we had the best time. I would recommend staying here one hundred percent.

The Starling Box is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Janina is an exceptional host - she gave us a lovely, warm welcome and showed us all around her beautiful, modern home. The home itself is clean, well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the extra touches that are evident throughout the house that make everything cozy and comfy - from warm blankets to a well kitchen stocked with delicious breakfast items, coffee, tea and snacks. The space is peaceful and inviting, and you can feel the love that went into every detail of this fantastic Airbnb. Thank you Janina, for welcoming us with open arms and making our stay in Rotorua so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay here. We were a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 7 kids and it fitted us perfectly. The spa was a hit as was the big room downstairs with the tv. Great kitchen space with everything we needed. House was warm with heat pumps and heaters. We had all our bikes and felt safe leaving them on the cars overnight as the property is up a hill and relatively secluded. Amazing views! Hosts were responsive and helpful. We’ll be back again!

Spacious, clean one level living perfect and safe for our extended family including baby and toddler. Easy drive to town in a peaceful location. Warm with all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a great venue for our family holiday.

Julie and Menno's place is super clean and super accurate to the description. Amenities listed are amenities you get. Everything is there. Coffee pods, heater, massive TV with netflix. Near enough to town but not too close hence you get a bit of quiet and serenity. Instructions are very clear. The welcome snack is a cute little bonus! Very attentive hosts, and they're always quick to respond to comms as well. 11/10 - would totally stay here again!

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

This was probably one of my favourite Air BnBs. It was so beautiful and felt super cosy. Location was great and the host was fantastic. Very responsive with communication. I would happily stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

The host is VERY understanding and kind. I booked the wrong date and wasnt able to go, but the host is so forgiving that he helped me with everything he can for me not to waste my money🙏 I can say that he is so kind and really a reliable person. I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Richard was an excellent communicator and very flexible with arrival times. The apartment was large and comfortable with lots of thought put into making it a great experience. The beds were so comfortable I took a note to upgrade my own. The linen was wonderful too. No smart tv but lots of books. Good off street parking for two cars and the apartment was in a good location for travelling in from the south and heading north. Great stay. Thanks Richard!

Very clean, spacious apartment. Easy to park in the single garage and one offstreet park. Kitchen is very well equpped, good size lounge and dining area, very comfortable for 5 to 6 adults. We heard 4-5 trains, but they didn't bother us, many trains weren't running over Kings Birthday weekend. Double beds were a little soft and small and pillows over full, will take my own pillow next time. Has a heat pump but didn't use it as the apartment was very warm.
