I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. Ariel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. My family and I stayed at Marta's place for A Mother's Day Get Away! There were 7 Moms Of Adult Children Off Celebrating Our Selves.. This place was PERFECT for us EVERYTHING We Needed To Cook And Relax With Excellent Meals, Card Games And A Pool Table.. An Amazing Backyard With Patio. "We Even Brought Our 2 Small Dogs and They Enjoyed Running Around Martha's Very Well Kept Yard, That Grass Is Beautiful & AMAZING! I could go on and on So Simply Put.. Excellent Location, Excellent Host! Worth Every Penny Thank You Martha

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for us and very spacious. The only complaint was the time flew by and we were not ready to end our stay. Would highly recommend this house to others.

We needed an overnight stay close to Bush international airport in Houston. This place fit the bill, clean comfortable in a safe neighborhood and an easy short drive to the airport. Jose communicated quickly and they had snacks, coffee and more …

This was my second time staying. Beautiful home and in a great location. The team was responsive anytime we reached out. Slight confusion on if you paid to heat the pool, then you can’t have the free hot tub amenity on at the same time. So, we chose to stay in the paid for heated pool. The food truck park (Porky’s Backyard) is right around the corner. We were also able to conveniently order/pickup food from other places. Another great stay at Kimberly’s property. Highly recommend.

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Central A/C was quiet and kept the whole house cool. Would definitely stay there again.

The house looked just like the photos and the ambiance of the pool area was exactly what we were looking for to host my son’s college grad party! James was a great host who communicated in a timeout response. We will definitely rent this home again!

It was a clean and peaceful place

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
