Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston upon Hull

From start to finish Jimmy was a great host. Lots of recommendations for the area and the best chippie is just round the corner at Steels. Jimmy really goes beyond as we had to move the dates about due to work and it was dealt with timely and without hassle. Location on the seafront with great views and walks to be done. Jimmy and partner are one of the best hosts we have stayed with and will come again. 😁

stayed with kay last week. absolutely loved the accommodation was exactly what I needed for the week. accommodation is very close to local supermarkets and kay is a very great host very responsive and friendly. cant wait to come back in November thank you kay

Lovely stay. Very well maintained, nice tv, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. Even salt/pepper and coffee/tea/sugar was available. Location is prime as it was easily accessible to major shopping areas and the marina is a road across. Clear instructions and host was always available even though he was on vacation.

I have stayed in Kelly's accommodation before, my friends absolutely loved Kelly's accommodation and would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious place, I stayed here while I worked in the area, it had everything I needed and was walking distance to plenty of shops and places to eat. Would recommend

Close to all the amenities and really comfortable, great nights sleep in a really comfy bed, we enjoyed it so much we have booked it again in July, thanks again Jane we really enjoyed it

What a lovely place. So spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked the beds were comfy and everything was straight forward and easy to use. The garden area was delightful. Overall would highly recommend !

Beautiful little house, stunning garden in middle of nature, woken to birds signing and no traffic, lovely.

This property was fantastic as a family base for visiting Hornsea and the surrounding area. Easy walking distance to places to eat, the beach, parks and the leisure center. The house itself was spotless, and 3 great sized bedrooms. We couldn't have asked for more

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks having just moved to the area for work. It is ideal for a quick walk into the heart of Beverley for everything you need. And if you just want a quick something nearby ‘The Potting Shed’ has all you need at the end of the lane. The property has all you need and plenty of space including a garden and room for two cars, with parking being at a premium in central Beverley. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I'd chosen a venue for its kitchen! It certainly didn't disappoint. We were able to put the finishing touches to a wedding cake with space to move around and utensils and containers galore! The place was clean, tastefully decorated and had lots of useful household items in the drawers. The cupboards were high, but thankfully a stool was provided and was well used! Myself and the whole family want to return as soon as they can.

Absolute gem of a place. One of the best 1 bed Air BnBs Ive stayed in. All clean and tidy, no clutter anywhere. Comfy bed and good shower. Nice modern decor. Lovely light, bright living space with amazing bifold doors on to the neat and tidy garden. Very dog friendly- all hard floors except carpet in the bedroom and totally secure garden which is quiet and private. I look forward to returning!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful Airbnb on South Marine Drive in Bridlington. The location couldn't have been better—right by the sea, with easy access to everything we needed. The property itself was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our host was lovely—warm, welcoming, and communicated brilliantly throughout, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back. A perfect getaway spot!

Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

What a great place to stay, perfect for couples and small families. Ideal location just by the harbour in Bridlington. Very clean and well maintained, nothing too much trouble for the host. My mum and sister loved the place, the comfy beds, the lounge and the lovely outside space that catches a lot of sunshine especially. Would definitely recommend 100% Will book again in the future.

enjoyed our stay, thank you. right next to a fish and chips shop a couple of great bars within walking distance and directly on the sea front. the flat has a lovely outside seating area, big bonus is private parking. bed was super comfy. we will be back

Lovely weekend stay with Clumber Park & Sherwood Pines a reasonable drive away. Unique & cosy place with a beautiful Garden to enjoy in the Sunshine. Tasty Indian nearby too! The only downfall was the steep staircase to the bedroom & lack of storage space but it's ideal for a few days stay.

Great place to stay! We stayed for a month to visit nearby family, The place has access to a private gravel courtyard and is well stocked with what you need. Very friendly neighbours and walking distance to the train. Thanks 😊

The house is a lovely, large family space very near to the shops and the beach. It is very well equipped and Claude is a very responsive and helpful host. A big bonus was the second sitting room for the three Grandkids. We would definitely return.
