Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kingston upon Hull

Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

Large but cosy converted barn for big groups/families. Had everything we needed, and the games room and huge hot tub were a big plus! On a main road but didn’t feel that way once in the house. Lovely touch of fresh flowers when we arrived and our host was very helpful and always responded whenever we messaged.

We’ve just arrived home after a lovely weekend stay for my partners 30th birthday, we had balloons and Prosecco in the lodge when we arrived. The place was absolutely spotless and so modern facilities, the place was so homely and cosy. Overall site was clean and well looked after. Melanie was amazing, so helpful and responsive to messages. We are already planning our next stay, thanks so much! X

Fabulous stay! we felt right at home beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach front and local amenities at the end of the road. We loved the layout of the garden and the hot tub of course. Thank you for the prosecco it was a lovely welcome and the food recommendations! We could have stayed all week! Thanks again

Rachel is a fantastic host, giving clear instructions on how to access the house. Rachel made some fantastic recommendations on where we could go to eat that was dog friendly, both the Green Dragon and the Fox and Coney were amazing good food at reasonable prices. The hot tub was a brilliant bonus to help celebrate my mum's birthday. My young collie loved the miles of horse tracks to walk round. We were lucky enough to see 5 deer and a red kite. so peaceful yet not too far away from town.

We had a great time at the house. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are comfortable. Caroline was responsive and friendly and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Just a 10 minute walk to the coast and some nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Lovely cottage for 2. Well stocked kitchen and a lovely welcome hamper to get started. Felt really secure. The hot tub was marvellous and great after a day out. Nice little patio to sit out on for breakfast. Nearest village is about 30 minutes walk away or 5 minute drive with plenty of nice pubs. Good location for exploring North Yorkshire and managed to get taxis to and from York if you’re willing to pay about £27. Plenty of parking. Had no issues whilst there so didn’t have to contact Becky for anything. Really good information sent prior to going so knew exactly what to do when we got there. Becky wasn’t in but responded immediately when I phoned her and explained how to get in to the farm grounds. Bed was really comfortable. Only downside was the road noise at night when in bed, would recommend taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would recommend Becky’s place for a romantic getaway.

What can I say. we were there as a family of 13 to celebrate my dad's 60th and the house did not disappoint. It was beautiful both inside and out. It was commented on throughout our stay. There was ample parking for four cars. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam, they loved the games room which consisted of pool, air hockey and table tennis. Adelaide had the hot tub ready for our arrival which was very much appreciated. You didn't want for nothing the place had everything from board games, to every kitchen accessory you can think of and even ice cubes in the freezer. We had a BBQ with a set of it's own utensils, plenty of towels and also dressing gowns and slippers if you wanted to try the sauna. We ate at the local pub on the first night. The Altisidora which was a gorgeous little pub with plenty of choice and on route a little pond which the kids loved.

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

Great stay at the Lookout Lodge! Jo was always on hand to provide help and the facilities have everything you need. Brilliant views and a relaxing time had! Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was really beautifully decorated with great attention to detail—it felt cozy and inviting from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a lovely touch and made the experience even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and made sure everything we needed was available. Overall, it was so comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
