Barton Bolthole in Kingsbridge

OliviaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Sarah is a great host. Super responsive. We arrived late in the evening around 11pm, she had made sure we’d checked in okay and messaged back straight away if we needed anything else whilst we stayed The Air BnB was super clean, exactly what you need for two! We were out most days, all day so this was perfect for sleeping and breakfast

Belle Cottage, cosy quiet cottage in town.

GrahamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The cottage is lovely; very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. It is a comfortable stay and an easy 5 minute walk to the town. But renters should be aware that parking directly outside is not easy, and they should be prepared to pay in the nearby car park.

Great host and apartment. The location was great just a short walk into the centre of kingsbridge. Easy to get inside with the instructions and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and more, would highly recommend and would stay again.

Sunny retreat by the water

JoeRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Tamara's sunny retreat provides a very comfortable place to stay with fabulous folding doors leading out onto the spacious patio with wonderful view of the estuary which changes throughout the day. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. The accommodation is very well placed within easy walking distance of Kingsbridge town with good pubs and restaurants. The Crab Shed just down the road, has great pizzas and other food and lovely views of the estuary and had a great buzz. We had an excellent meal at the Old Warehouse which had a quite a number of guest beers and specialises in honey Mead. The staff were just fantastic. We also had a fantastic meal from the award winning Indian restaurant Maha-Bharat. Kingsbridge is, in our view, ideally located for getting to interesting places in the area. We visited and would recommend Coleton Fishacre NT, Greenways (great fun via the on demand passenger ferry at Dittisham), Overbecks gardens and Saltram House.

Bay Cottage

TiffanyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
As a group of 4 adults, we stayed in Fran’s cosy cottage in Kingsbridge as we had booked to go to the Salcombe Gin School. Buses to Salcombe are reliable and frequent, making Kingsbridge the ideal place to stay when visiting the area as it is far less busy and expensive than Salcombe. The cottage itself is a quiet haven just off the high street with a cosy sitting room with lovely views across the town, comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Fran sent us all the details for self check-in which was easy. We would definitely recommend booking Fran’s cottage and would stay here again.
