Hallo, wir waren zu Dritt bei Kathrin für drei Tage zu Gast. Wir haben die Zeit in Zürich sehr genossen, was auch an der super Unterkunft lag. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Sees gelegen (nur einmal fix den Hügel runter) und von dort konnten wir gemütlich Richtung Zentrum schlendern. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatte Kathrin uns alle wichtigen Infos geschickt und wir konnten entspannt einziehen, obwohl wir erst am Abend in der Stadt ankamen. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Betten sehr nett hergerichtet und bequem - und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Kurzum: Alles super!

The apartment is better than the pictures: large kitchen, large bathroom and large rooms. The living room easily doubles up as a second bedroom, with no privacy issues. The sofa-bed is large and comfy (it’s firm, but I prefer it that way). The apartment is literally a 5-min walk to both the train station and the bus stop — you’ll be in downtown Zurich in around 15 minutes. Evgenij is a truly great host and a very nice person: always responsive, always precise, alway helpful, always kind. We had a minor glitch with the WiFi (which otherwise worked fine) on Dec. 31, and he simply didn’t rest until he had it fixed. Amazing value for money; amazing experience.

Es stimmte eigentlich alles! Einzig das Wetter machte uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Wir konnten den tollen Gartensitzplatz nicht so oft nutzen wie wir eigentlich wollten. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

Wonderfully peaceful and clean flat with the most lush, green surroundings & walking paths. Filippo was always quick to reply, friendly and helpful. The location was in one of the best spots... close to the local train, trams and even walkable into the old town, for those with time & sense of adventure! :) The flat was tidy & clean, decorated with lovely plants to give a very cozy feel and the balcony was a special addition with the beautiful solar lights that illuminated magical patterns when night fell.... would recommend beyond a doubt! :)

I booked this apartment for my parents, and they were pleased with their stay. The apartment is well-located in a lively yet quiet neighborhood, with a charming park just across the street and excellent public transport connections to many popular areas in Zurich. The apartment is in good condition and well-suited for a couple seeking comfortable, straightforward accommodation in the city. The balcony overlooking the park is a real gem. Arye was responsive from the beginning, accommodating our request to split the booking into two separate stays of fewer than four nights each. He remained attentive throughout, addressing my parents’ request to install a shower curtain and offering compensation for the delay.

Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen. Das Studio war bei Sonnenschein lichtdurchflutet und war noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung bis an den See zu den „Gelati am See“ (sehr sehr leckeres Eis). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gerade gegenüber und wenn man nicht kochen mag, hat es verschiedene Restaurants vor dem Haus. Übers Wochenende konnten wir gerade in der weissen Zone vor dem Haus parken und für den Montag hat uns Chris eine Parkkarte (blaue Zone) organisiert- kommt viel billiger als das Parkhaus. Die Beschreibung und Kommunikation war super! Auf der anderen Strassenseite hat es gerade einen Spielplatz.

Super conveniently located air bnb right in the heart of Zurich! Felt very safe in a very walkable area. My only complaint is the pillows need an upgrade, but other than that, it was the perfect stay!

The location was perfect. It was just a one minute walk from the tram stop but on a quiet street. The tram went straight to the main train station and center of town. Also a quick walk to the beautiful lake.

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! My wife and I have stayed in MANY AirBNBs over the years and we can legitimately say that David both as a host as well his property are absolutely 5+ stars! His communication, attention to detail (the property has its very own website!) and obvious concern for our welfare throughout our trip make this a no-brainer for booking. Plus, in our opinion the price for the property (especially in one of the most expensive cities in the world) was a great value. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern apartment. The space was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It features two stunning terraces that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, some of the best I’ve experienced in any rental and made for a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the upstairs bedroom, which offers an incredible view of Lake Zürich. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and if we return to Zürich in the future, we would rebook without hesitation.

Great place! We had a car and it was pretty easy to park on plaza nearby. Easy to get to Zurich. Sandra's place is huge and have stocked kitchen!

Nice flat. Very central and close to regular trams. Johannes and Ming were very communicative and let me check in early which I really appreciated. The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The place is not fancy, but it is clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. When I messaged Laura that it was pretty warm the first night, she arranged for a fan that was delivered the next day, making it quite comfortable for the rest of our stay. If you book the place, before you arrive in Zürich, be sure to note that you can take Tram #7 from the train station to Ottikerstrasse. It took my wife and me a while to figure that out, but once we did, Tram 7 and 15 got us everywhere we wanted to go. Accommodations are pricey in Switzerland and Lara’s place suited us well for a reasonable price. A definite “thumbs up!”

Dayana was a wonderful host that was willing to answer all of our questions. The apartment was extremely clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more for our stay.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. The garden was a lovely bonus — quiet and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Honestly, the apartment is perfect and feels brand new. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He met me in person and gave me helpful tips and quick information about nearby places, which made settling in so much easier. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Außergewöhnliches Appartement in sehr ruhiger Lage. Absolute Empfehlung.

Alles sehr hochwertig und modern- wir haben nur gestaunt. Die Ausstattung ist sowas von komplett, wie zu Hause. Es fehlt an nichts. Es geht sehr über das normale Maß für Ferienwohnungen hinaus. Wenn man doch etwas braucht (Raclette, Schlitten), einfach den Vermieter fragen. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist hervorragend, Sonnenaufgang hinter den Bergen... Eine außergewöhnliche Luxus-Ferienwohnung in toller Lage im Schwarzwald, wenige Autominuten bis in die Schweiz.

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen; insbesondere die ruhige Lage und die Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und vom Balkon, wo wir jeden Tag gegessen haben, hat man einen tollen Ausblick.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.
