Apartment holiday rentals in Kilchberg

Hello, there were three of us staying with Kathrin for three days. We enjoyed the time in Zurich very much, which was also due to the great accommodation. The apartment is located near the lake (only once down the hill) and from there we could comfortably stroll towards the center. Even before our arrival, Kathrin had sent us all the important information and we were able to move in relaxed, although we only arrived in the city in the evening. The apartment was super clean, the beds very nicely made and comfortable - and we found everything we needed. In short: Everything great!

Mateusz was a great host who even picked us up from the train station for the key handover. His tips were very helpful, he was always available and the apartment was very clean, just as described and in a very good location. We would book the apartment again at any time!

The apartment is better than the pictures: large kitchen, large bathroom and large rooms. The living room easily doubles up as a second bedroom, with no privacy issues. The sofa-bed is large and comfy (it’s firm, but I prefer it that way). The apartment is literally a 5-min walk to both the train station and the bus stop — you’ll be in downtown Zurich in around 15 minutes. Evgenij is a truly great host and a very nice person: always responsive, always precise, alway helpful, always kind. We had a minor glitch with the WiFi (which otherwise worked fine) on Dec. 31, and he simply didn’t rest until he had it fixed. Amazing value for money; amazing experience.

My husband and our 8 month old recently stayed here and we had a lovely time! The place was exactly what we needed for a couple night stay and the instructions to getting there helped out a lot. We will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zurich!

My son & I had a great stay! The apartment is tastefully converted from industrial use, was clean and very well equipped. The station platforms were 5 minutes walk away and there was a parking space right outside. The road outside is not a through street, so was not too busy, but there is a heavy vehicle maintenance facility opposite, which made a little noise on the one working day of our stay. There is a good sized fridge, but no freezer and also there is limited privacy due to the bathroom being part of the bathroom and the two rooms not being fully separated from each other. Overall would love to stay again!

Erica's apartment was lovely, we were very lucky to have found somewhere with an outside space with not too many steps. it was quiet which is what we needed. The shower and bathroom was great. The double bed very comfortable but a little small, we'd prefer a king size. Both Erica and Jon were wonderful hosts they made us feel very welcome, thank you . We would return.

The location was perfect. It was just a one minute walk from the tram stop but on a quiet street. The tram went straight to the main train station and center of town. Also a quick walk to the beautiful lake.

Monika’s place was absolutely amazing and by far the best stay we had on our 3 weeks thru different parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. If we could give her 1 stars we would. Amazing place, amazing small touches for any travelers needs. I truly cannot say enough positive words and would recommend to anyone to stay here!!!

We had a fabulous 5-night stay in this lovely open-plan studio apartment in Zurich. The space was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip — with plenty of towels provided and convenient parking right outside. It’s located in a peaceful area, which made it a great place to return to after spending our days exploring the beautiful sights of Switzerland. Our host, Kathrin, was absolutely wonderful — warm, responsive, and very understanding. In our rush to catch a flight, we accidentally left with the keys, but Kathrin was incredibly kind and patient while we sorted it out (we’ve since posted them back!). We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern apartment. The space was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It features two stunning terraces that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, some of the best I’ve experienced in any rental and made for a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the upstairs bedroom, which offers an incredible view of Lake Zürich. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and if we return to Zürich in the future, we would rebook without hesitation.

The property is perfect for a trip to Zurich. In about a 10-minute walk you are at a tram stop that takes you within a few stops in the middle of the beautiful old town. The apartment is small but big enough for 2 people who like each other. It has the basic amenities and was clean and tidy. Due to the many mirrored cabinets, you have an immense amount of storage space and the room looks larger. Check-in and check-out were totally easy and flexible, parking was convenient too. The host was very easy to contact and always responded within a few minutes and resolved any questions and issues! Clear recommendation from our side!

A cosy home for travellers, the host is extremely thoughful by providing some necessities which are not given in other apartments. Very hospitable hosts. We enjoyed the stay.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. The garden was a lovely bonus — quiet and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Honestly, the apartment is perfect and feels brand new. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He met me in person and gave me helpful tips and quick information about nearby places, which made settling in so much easier. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Everything is very high quality and modern - we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. Nothing is missing. It goes far beyond the normal level for vacation rentals. If you need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The view from the apartment is excellent, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes' drive to Switzerland.

We can highly recommend this accommodation; we especially enjoyed the quiet location and the nature. The apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and from the balcony, where we ate every day, you have a great view.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

Peter was very responsive. We love the view! Small touches made our stay special - complimentary coke, washing machine pods, dishwashing soap and the guidebook was very helpful too.
