Great place for a small work team/family. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to amenities (Nyali Center). Not too far from airport/SGR. He’s very responsive and accommodating. It’s an old house so manage expectations but it’s quite good overall. Would definitely recommend.

The pictures do not do the Villa justice. Its beautiful inside, well set out with large spacious rooms with tranquil outdoors due to the greenery planted. The host was very responsive and responded promptly to our queries and even came out to meet us on arrival. The villa has cleaning staff onsite and a chef upon request who are so friendly and willing to meet your needs. Which meant our beds were made daily and our meals cooked which was handy to have a meal ready on our arrival day as we were tired from the journey. The swimming pool offers an option to spend time outside especially with kids. The only negative is that my holiday came to an end before i got to try all the other Swahili meals that the chef said she can cook. That means I will have to return soon to enjoy it all again and book longer than the 4 nights I had. If you are considering booking this Villa, go for it. Treat yourself to this slice of hidden gem tucked away in Mtwapa.

this is the second time I have stayed here. this place seriously is the best place I've ever stayed at. if you looking for 5 star hotel. you won't get that here. but. the service. private salt water pool the location seriously right in the beach you can't beat. Hamisi is the absolute best. if you need anything. he is just a call away and will take care of you. this is absolutely the best place I have stayed around the world. the hospitality and location and view are to die for. again thank you to to everyone for always making sure I am taken care of. especially asninwas looking for a house to buy.

if you want peace and relaxation, or comfort and fun. this is the place. this place is secluded end quiet. most of all it feels like home. the pool is wonderful and extremely clean and well maintained. the house is beautiful and stylish. the Furnishings are nice especially by the pool. there's 24 hours security. and Joel is very to communicate with and pretty much all Needs were met without fuss. I love this place and I'm glad we stay here.

Best location for people who love the Indian Ocean and want to get away from mass tourism. Beautiful place with friendly staff. Nice pool. Too bad there were no mosquito nets and that the WIFI did not work properly. The generator was helpful during a power cut. We experienced the release of 90 baby turtles into the sea, wonderful! The location and spaciousness of the place are it’s biggest bonus. We were sorry to leave :).

Very nice place within Vipingo Ridge near the club house. Expect to rent a car to move around the area and get to the beach Clean and spacious and an excellent pool. Some issues with locking the house and rooms, as well as additional costs expected for staff. Nonetheless, very much enjoyed our stay.

Being this was my first Air BNB I didn’t know what to expect but Njeri was able to help us alongside the hard working staff making us feel very welcomed and at home. Njeri also made sure to check up on us considering we were not very well prepared on food on arrival treating us like her very own family. Overall this location exceeded our expectations with the pool being the biggest game changer - Pictures do not Justice. One thing I may add is a driver is essential however this property really made our New Years trip to coast worth it by a long shot. Thank you soo much Njeri and wishing you all the best for the future.

Araliya House is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay as an extended family, enjoying the pool, afternoon tea over the ocean, cocktails on the roof and dinner under the beautiful lights in the tree. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent house for big family or group or friends. Really kids friendly. Big pool and right to the beach. The Chef can do better but he was willing to learn.

Klein’s place is truly a gem that you wouldn't want to miss out on. It's conveniently located near the Golf Club, Country Club, tennis courts, and swimming pool, making it an ideal spot for sports enthusiasts. You can easily access the clubhouse within 5 minutes on foot, while the restaurant is only a short 5-10 minute walk away. The website's description of the place is spot-on, and we were lucky enough to have Edlah as our housekeeper. She was incredible and accommodated all of our requests. Klein was also fantastic, always ready to help us out and answer any questions we had. The place itself was immaculate, clean, and had a warm and welcoming vibe. The sunsets were simply breathtaking.

Beautiful home to enjoy an holiday on the coast with family or friends. met all my expectations and very responsive caretaker when we had some special requests for a grill or large pots to cook some stews in. Must be the best home I have stayed in on my Mombasa visits over the past 20 years.

We had a wonderful visit at Jane's villa in Kilifi; the villa is very spacious, flooded in natural light and more importantly airy and cool. The rooms are furnished well, the beds and bedding are clean and comfortable. The entire villa was immaculately spotless. The terrace with pool table etc is a lovely touch and was a fantastic spot to relax in. The villa feels safe and secure with beachfront access which we enjoyed as a family. The grounds of the villa has beautiful greenery and is well kept I enjoyed walking around the nature. The beach itself is quiet with clean white sands, and pool more suited to adults or supervised children. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. This was ideal for a family trip, the villa is really beautiful and whatever we were unsure of, Jane/ her staff were readily available to assist. The location is ideal, literally minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy and local eateries.

I rented Pattie’s Airbnb for a surprise party for my girlfriend, her place was beautiful, and she had maids there to assist us in anyway. Patty was very responsive and texted me back within minutes. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further. I’m happy with my stay and will definitely book Pattie’s place again in the future

We had a great holiday in a lovely home. The space was clean spacious, and welcoming. The beds were very comfy and we got enough linen and towel changes. The house has fans and AC. The pool and playground for our son was nice. it was close to Vipingo Beach Club as well as a small shopping center. It is a 20 min drive to downtown Kilifi. There is a helper on-site and chef and babysitting services can be arranged at a fee. Would visit again.

Vipingo Ridge is one of the best places to go for a family vacation. They have one of the best Golf courses in all of East Africa. Apart from playing golf, you can enjoy several other fun activities with the family. They have beach club houses and we enjoyed the beach side from there. The house we got is one of the best I have stayed on AirBnB. A beautiful 3 bedroom house with a swimming pool. The view every morning was breath taking. Our caretaker called Matano was a very polite guy who made our stay very comfortable. Rawhide our host was very great host and had all the information about Vipingo ready for us. I would highly recommend this house to any family looking for value, comfort and fun activities at Vipingo. It was an awesome experience for me and my family and we will definitely be back.

Would I recommend someone it's a big yes. Mary's home is a place you stay and feel it's home away from home. She has experience and helpful staff. House is so clean. The pool is clean too and beautiful. We had no complain from the day we got in to the day we left. This home is beautiful and Mary and her staff are great host.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The chef was excellent (we were happy to pay the extra). Sadly the local restaurant has closed. The property is quite far from town so we needed daily taxis (about 20 mins to a nice beach), which we knew in advance. Lots of reliable drivers were recommemded. The local beach by the creek is good for swimming when the tide is in, but during the day it was not especially appealing, which was a disappointment for us. The house itself is beautiful and great for relaxing in. The open plan kitchen/living area means if you have a chef, you need to be happy to share the space. Very good communication from all staff. A/C was very welcomed! Overall a great place to chill and getway from it all!
