The Gingerbread House turned out to be a dream of a spot for our long weekend on Maui. Each morning we awoke before dawn to a peaceful serenity followed by the growing din of island bird calls. We had our choice of balcony or ground floor patio spots for coffee to watch the geckos flit about. A cozy interior awaited us each evening upon our return as a sea of stars filled the night sky away from the light pollution of modernity. A gem of a stay, and can't wait to return.

We had an excellent stay at Pookela Paradise! We were on a girls trip and each had our own bedroom! Everyone commented on how comfortable our beds were and how well we all slept every night with windows open and a wonderful cross breeze in the house. Coming from hot, humid Florida I was worried about not having AC. The temperature was perfect. There was a beautiful kitchen/dining area but we ate out most of the time. We enjoyed drinks on the porch in the morning and late afternoon. The area was great for traveling to Haleakala at 4:30 am. Made it in a little over an hour for sunrise. Also close to the Road to Hana, beaches, and an hour to Old Lahaina Luau. The town of Makawao had some cute shops and restaurants. We could walk to town from the Airbnb. I would definitely recommend Mark’s Airbnb to friends/family and would stay there again! Mark is a great host!

Green turtle house was perfect. Clean, quiet and in a great location. Both Poni and Rick are amazing people, they treated us like family. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to all. 🤙 Poni and Rick

The house was beautiful. It actually exceeded my expectations! It was well equipped in the kitchen and she even had beach chairs available for us to use. Of course we loved all the artwork (good job Jordanne) but every thing was well done and tasteful! I hope to go back.

Great location. Had a minor issue, but Lisa was on top of it . Making sure we were enjoying our trip. Would recommend to anyone visiting Maui! Mahalo!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's place! She went above and beyond to help us during our trip. Due to some confusion with time zones, we accidentally arrived a night early, but Emma stayed up late to help us find a place to stay for that night—something we truly appreciated. The next day, she kindly let us check in early and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore Maui without having to lug our suitcases around. Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maui. Thanks again, Emma!

Ke Kīhāpai was a very beautiful home well-equipped with everything to make staying here feel like home. The lanai was perfect for both an afternoon barbecue and our morning coffee. The breakfast that was graciously provided for us was a great start to our days as well. We were grateful that Kili let us in earlier than expected and even more grateful that she let us stay a little later. We will definitely recommend friends to stay here when in Maui and hope to come back.

Hard to find a better place in this area even near this price point. Cara’s place is in this peaceful little nook hidden enough from the road that you don’t notice the noise of traffic but close enough to the beach that you could hit it with a baseball if you had a decent arm. There’s a great coffee shop just a short walk down the beach for breakfast and a cup of joe. The home’s backyard is a great lounge area. Gets lots of sun but is guarded by gorgeous bamboo groves. The house has plenty of space. There’s AC for the heat of the day or if you like to sleep in the cold but for much of the day you can just open the windows, set the fans on and enjoy the island’s perfect weather indoors and out. It really is in a beautiful, peaceful drive with family neighbors and kids playing in the street. It’s a stones throw from a gorgeous beach and 10 minutes from all the shops and restaurants and tours you could want. Thanks for having us.

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Great stay! The location is walkable to the the beach and restaurants/shops via a nice pathway. The rooms were nice and there was lots of space. Patrese was very responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again.

Dan the man did an awesome setting up the surprise flowers, champagne and chocolates for our 9 year wedding anniversary. View was amazing, layout is perfect for 2 and hosting people to come over and hang out and enjoy the view. AC was cold and I would book this condo again. High recommend.

Don't pass this listing up!! It's amazing. You're staying ocean front and are walking distance to beaches, playgrounds, grocery stores, lots of food, snorkel rentals and more! We watched turtles, whales (in season), sunsets while relaxing on the balcony. We brought our 1 year old and had no issues; we rented baby gear from a local company. The main room has blackout curtains and we moved the coffee table to create a play area. We loved being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes without having to pack everything up into the car. We even saw turtles while snorkeling right in front of the condo. There's boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sandcastle toys. The kitchen was fully stocked (glass Tupperware, foil, seasonings, oil, pans, pots, everything) laundry was a blessing, and AC worked well. We even did some remote work here and there was no issues. We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to be back!

We had a wonderful visit! This condo is clean and nice and extremely well located. Puamana is quiet and beautiful. Whalers was helpful and supplied us with extra blankets. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

A Hidden Gem in Makawao – Truly Unforgettable I had an absolutely amazing time staying at Sydney’s cottage in Makawao. From the moment I arrived, the space felt warm and inviting—a true home away from home. The cottage is cozy, beautifully kept, and surrounded by serene, peaceful landscapes that instantly put you at ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible connection to nature. The surrounding wildlife made it feel like I was truly one with the land, offering moments of quiet reflection and a deeper appreciation for the natural beauty of the area. Sydney is a phenomenal host. Her warmth and hospitality go above and beyond. She gave me a tour of the property and shared a thoughtful and informative history of both the land and local island culture. That experience made me feel less like a tourist and more like a welcomed guest in a very special place. This was an authentic, peaceful, and enriching escape. I can’t recommend this stay enough—thank you Sydney.

This house was extremely convenient and perfect for our honeymoon! We easily were able to get to the beach, the airport, and many great restaurants. It was an easy drive to Kihei and Paia. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The hosts responded quickly when we reached out to ask questions. Overall, very pleased with the property and would recommend to others!

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

The new Kula Jewel is an amazing property with an incredible panoramic view of the island with an exceptionally cozy and spacious interior and a lovely porch. The main living area and kitchen were beautifully designed and highly functional which made us feel at home. The master bedrooom was so relaxing with a great mattress and was made even better when opening the windows at night and listening to the gentle rhythm of raindrops falling. The master bathroom design was brilliant. Pamela and the property manager Jim made sure our young daughter was well taken care of by setting up a comfortable pullout twin size bed in the Master so she could stay in the same room with us and not be scared. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well equipped, we just didnt need to use them. Pamela is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of working with on Airbnb. Her commnication was superb, recommendations for what to do and where to eat on the island spot on, and we cant wait to come back!

Lovely place that is away from the busy resorts with beautiful views just as the listing showed. Host was highly responsive and helpful. All around great experience and recommend this place and host!
