Great location in a beautiful and well maintained community. Unit had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool and beach. A lot to do in the area. Also convenient location to explore the rest of the island.

This is a well-stocked condo with lots of amenities. Just about everything you’d need for a short stay is included: plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, a host of kitchen items, laundry pods, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. Having the ability to do laundry allows one to pack lighter and also to leave for home with the laundry done! The ocean front views are beautiful, the beach quite quiet and walkable. A very nice place in general.

What a great space! Everything was very comfy. This excellent location is close to so much: it's a quick drive to restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, shopping, local markets and fruit stands, etc. Easy beach access (we saw a sea turtle our first day just walking down from our room!) - and if you follow the beach around a ways, you'll see Molokini Crater very clearly. On-site Indian restaurant was pretty good, too! Can't speak highly enough of the beds, blankets, pillows, etc: I've never slept so well!! Dustin responded ASAP when I had a quick question before our arrival. 10/10!!!!!

We had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb in Kihei! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. It made exploring Maui super convenient and relaxing. The views from the unit were absolutely stunning. Waking up to the ocean in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening was a highlight of our trip. The place was also spotless and very well maintained. You can tell the host takes great care in keeping everything clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and clean place to stay in Maui!

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful place my family and I enjoyed! Walking distance from the beach, and plenty of restaurants and shops around, especially Foodland and Safeway. Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable and private, especially how each building has their own little pool so we practically had the pool for ourselves.

Lovely setting, great town, comfortable and clean. We loved our stay here and the incredible rainforest sounds. Mike was very kind and gave clear instructions. Appreciated the wine waiting for us! We would gladly stay again. The town has killer food!! Nuka’s and Baked Maui, highly recommend!

After a horrific experience at another place in Hawaii we had to book this place last minute. And the response time was quick. Booked this place and Nelson replied and approved it right away. The place felt cozy and opening the windows definitely freshen up the place. The beach was about 5-10 minute walk and my husband and I would go late at night and star gaze. Beyond beautiful experience. 10/10 recommend. Nelson communication was fast and any questions I had he was able to answer. He also accommodated us with early check in and late check out since our flight was pretty late in the day. Thank you Nelson for having us!!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's place! She went above and beyond to help us during our trip. Due to some confusion with time zones, we accidentally arrived a night early, but Emma stayed up late to help us find a place to stay for that night—something we truly appreciated. The next day, she kindly let us check in early and even allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore Maui without having to lug our suitcases around. Emma was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maui. Thanks again, Emma!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. This had everything we could ask for and in a great location for most activities. The place was clean. The instructions were easy and accommodated an early arrival. The A/C worked so well we usually ably ran 1 of the 2. I Highly recommend this place and I have been to Maui many times. Thank you very much!

If you are visiting Maui, this is the perfect place to stay! The location was incredible with great walkability to the beach, park, and food trucks. This was a great home base for us to explore Maui and definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, walkable to several great restaurants, direct access to the beach, saw a turtle snorkeling just in front of the unit. Highly recommended.

Safe to say we will absolutely be staying here again! We felt right at home for the 2 weeks we stayed here. The place was cozy and clean. Short drive or walk to downtown Kehei that offered fun outings and it’s fairly close to several of our favourite beaches. The host was quick to respond, friendly, accommodating to us. It well made for a great all around experience! Cannot wait to come back:) Mahalo!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean surf. The are lots of things to do in Maui, but we enjoyed the condo so much we mostly just hung out. Thank you Bill for making this a great visit to Maui!

Perfect location in Kihei. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store and beach. Pretty much everything was within walking distance, unless you want to see other parts of the island and turtles. The OCEAN VIEW is so awesome. We watched the sunrise every morning from either balcony or couch in living room. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Felt like home. We will definitely stay here again if we make a return visit to Maui.

This was such a nice place to stay in Wailea. It's so close to the beautiful beaches, shopping, food, coffee etc... We had a great time and felt really comfortable there. The pool is nice and the sunset view from the lanai was lovely. It was super nice to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear so we didn't have to spend time renting it. Would love to go back!
