Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Key Colony Beach

Sandra’s conch cottage was comfortable and beautiful and very clean. Provided all the necessary items for the week. The location of the house in Marathon is perfect to all amenities. I would definitely come again.

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

John’s place was exactly what we were looking for. The interior was so spacious and beautiful. Very clean and nice decor. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. We brought our boat and the location was perfect for fishing. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and the short walk to Sombero Beach. Very sad to leave but will be back.

Paradise Found is a true description of this house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home, including dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner. The house was spotless, and smelled so clean. There was plenty of beach towels guests can use, and also bug spray and after sun gel. That was appreciated after long days in the sun. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was even a brand new outside grill. My husband and son loved that they could fish from the front or back of the house. They caught so many fish! Fishing gear and a fish freezer was provided, if needed. I would absolutely stay here again, we didn’t want to leave!

The property was exactly as photographed. Lovely. They even had bug spray and citronella candles for those buggy nights which can just happen this time of year. All the amenities were lovely and very clean. We would stay again!

5 Stars – Beautiful Stay in Marathon Key We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Marathon Key. The location was perfect, peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views right on the canal. The property was very clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Although we didn’t need to communicate with the host during our stay, everything was smooth and well-prepared in advance. One of the highlights was catching tarpon right off the dock, such a fun and memorable experience! I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal for driving to various local attractions. We also walked over to Hawks Cay and had a lovely visit with the dolphins, which was an awesome experience! The house was perfect for our stay and the plunge pool was a great amenity that we took full advantage of!We had a great vacation!

Great vacation spot with kids, plenty of things to do beautiful area and many different amenities and many activities for kids!

This was our first trip to the keys, and Marathon is the perfect home base. We had 6 people in our group, 4 teens and 2 adults and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the canal location and spent the mornings driving coffee while boats moved in and out. The pool was absolutely perfect and we didn't a lot of time, morning, noon and night enjoying the pool. Sleeping arrangements are great, plenty of beds for the whole crew. The house does not beach supplies, so make sure if that's on your list, you grab towels, cart, cooler. Sombrero beach is close and one of the nicest in the keys. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of other rentals, and felt very safe. This home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is big and spacious. We would love to come back tomorrow!!

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.

Alex's place was AMAZING! We loved it there - Alex was so good to check in on us and we appreciated his referrals to Sombero Beach and to Brutus' seafood market - we went to both places ! Loved the beach and bought yummy shrimp, tuna and other fresh seafood for a surf and turf night! We will for sure return! Thanks Alex ! 😊😊

We had a great week at Kirstens place celebrating our sons graduation in the Keys. We loved the dock access & there was plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out & have their own space as well as enjoy time together on the several decks, at the dock, & exploring lots of nearby attractions like restaurants, Sombrero Beach, coco plum beach, the Turtle Hospital, snorkeling & a dolphin encounter. Kirsten was responsive when we had questions & accommodating to our super late check-in upon arrival, even giving us tips on finding the right drive in the dark. I would recommend this stay to others!
