Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The Cabin on Panther Branch

Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

Pet Friendly True Tiny Home

This is a great stay for outdoor enthusiasts, pet lovers, or those travelling and want a homey and private place to stay for the night. The house is located in the country, but approximately 5 minutes from 1-75, 5 from Laurel Lake, 15 from Corbin, and 30 from London. Huge outdoor space which includes 1 acre private lot, large screened in porch with dinning area, a fire pit with chairs and picnic table, and fenced in back yard. Sleeps 3: upstairs loft bed is a full, downstairs is a twin.

We provide an escape that is situated near a spring lake with beautiful mountain views. It is located just over 9 miles off of the I75 exit. During the day you can find yourself searching out some some local activities such as Cumberland Falls and more. When you're ready to relax; just sit back, make a campfire and roast some marshmallows next to your tiny home. Summertime means fishing! You are welcome to watch the fish unload from the truck and see local fishermen catching their limit!

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.
