Lovely house, clean, and in a nice area. Not a lot to do within walking distance, but can still go for pleasant walks around the area. The host responds quickly to messages. Thank you.

The photos match the room as the space met my expectations. A lovely big lounge and kitchen with a quaint bedroom and shower room. I didn't get to meet Melissa or the other co-host so I felt a little disconnected from them during my brief stay. A breif but good stay from my perspective.

Patricia and Alastair were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable weekend. So grateful for how welcoming, helpful and responsive they both were. Super personable and the house was absolutely gorgeous!!

The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Lovely enclosed garden for our Retriever & lots of walks around the area. We were only on a stopover visit but we would like to stay longer in the future. Mike & Sue are excellent hosts

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—it was perfect for our three dogs to run around safely and enjoy themselves. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they had space to play as a lot of places advertise the garden as enclosed but they rarely are. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a peaceful getaway!

Me my son and dog stayed here for three nights and honestly was amazing can’t thank Wendy enough we had the most amazing time and if your looking for somewhere to stay this is the place it’s stunning and a real home from home feel felt so lovely and my little one and dog loved it!!!

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We had a great stay visiting family near overstone. The lodge is perfect, it has everything we needed. They kindly gave us milk and breakfast which was really lovely. The location was quiet and the neighbours were really friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here, we will again for sure.

Absolutely stunningly beautiful cottage and surroundings! Nicky is very helpful and responds very quickly with any questions/recommendations! Can't fault the place, it's an absolute gem!

Stuart and Jane gave us excellent communication in the lead up to our stay. They were responsive when questioned regarding directions and time of arrival. The caravan was perfectly clean, tidy and everything was to hand. Thank you for the little welcome hamper too :-) They have a gorgeous garden area right next to the caravan to relax in the sun and a perfect parking space right outside for one car. The views of the lakes and surrounding area were beautiful with a very chilled, relaxed atmosphere in the park. Just lovely :-) The perfect spot for us to attend supercar fest at Sywell aerodrome :-)

We had the best time, the pool is amazing!! The time slots were ideal and work really well- great pool for adults and children. Beautiful cottage, lovely gardens-we felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble for Bridget. The children have now also found a new love for tennis! We def hope to return … 10 out of 10 from us!!

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

Lovely and homely with everything you need. Really nice decor, gorgeous place to hang out. Really liked the estate it was on and less than 5 mins drive to centre. Highly recommend.

This is, I think, the best Airbnb we have stayed in (across I think 13 years?): impeccably clean (and I manage to find dirt everywhere, so I really do mean it’s impeccable); stunning house and garden (in all seriousness - how on EARTH is it so beautiful?); and unbelievably accommodating - lovely, comfy beds and sofas and more importantly - the welcome pack of milk and other essentials, the information folder which was incredibly helpful and the lemon drizzle cake which was just a (dangerous!) but fabulous touch! It feels like a home: something genuinely loved. The garden, as well, is definitely dog proof. Although it felt sacrilegious letting anything step foot on the lawn..!! We would love to come back. We had a lovely 2 night stay and liked it so much we have already booked to come back this year. It is comfortable, spacious for just 2 and a very peaceful place. We really liked being able to sit outside enjoying the birdsong.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

Lovely stay in the most beautiful cottage. Six of us stayed to attend a local wedding, we all had spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and comfortable beds, the space worked really well for us. The property also has a lovely courtyard garden where we were able to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

A really lovely place to stay whilst coming to celebrate my niece’s wedding. Furnishings were absolutely lovely and such a well equipped kitchen. Idyllic surroundings and a fab host. Thoroughly recommend.
