Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The Loft @ Baytree House is a stylish and comfortable annex accommodation in a peaceful residential location, 2.1 miles away from Kettering Train Station. This accommodation has a modern shower room, kitchen area with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a TV and arm chair for relaxing. The property is accessed via the stairs leading onto a balcony over looking the garden. Breakfast is included.

Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
