We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

We loved our stay at the Hayloft! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location. The hosts were great, on hand if needed, and they even went to the trouble to post us a few things we'd left on the washing line! :) Thanks again folks, we'll definitely be back.

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

This was a great find for my family of four and our dog. We enjoyed the sunny balcony and patio in the morning and lots of nice touches, especially the handmade pottery. The house is very handy for the beach, Pleasure wood Hills and our favourite places in Corton and it has the added bonus of free use of the pool and a friendly restaurant/clubhouse where we went for coffee everyday. Great value!

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The house is stunning- beautifully designed and decorated with a warm and cosy feeling! The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing! There are lots of places to sit and chill out within the house too- and outside. All facilities are provided in the kitchen too! Great family stay!

just such an amazing stay - everything was spick and span, had everything we needed and even little welcome gift. went for a weekend away in amazing weather, only a short 10min walk to the beach! chris was such a responsive host who went above and beyond - given the weather he noted to the bbq, parasol etc which is provided. we didn’t get to use these due to there being so much to do nearby to squeeze in but was nice to know they were there if wished! such a cute garden too. there were some leaflets and chris’ guidebook to local spots and things to do which was great to know. onstreet parking isnt too bad - at night we noticed the odd rowdiness but there is an outside security camera activated at night and police station at the bottom of the road which helped ease our minds. overall couldnt fault a single thing, a gem indeed! :)

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. We had a truly faultless stay – the barn had everything we could possibly need and more. The guide provided was incredibly helpful, with excellent local recommendations that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Emma gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. Our 19-month-old and dog were both really well catered for – the stair gates, toys, and secure private garden made a huge difference and helped us all relax. There’s a balcony overlooking the fields which both our child and dog loved looking out from. The fresh eggs from Emma’s chickens were a real highlight each morning. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Emma has clearly put a lot of care into creating a fantastic experience for guests. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Tom’s. It was a last minute trip for a little getaway reading retreat from the city and we had such a relaxing time. Tom was very responsive and gave us a great deal when we reached out to him. He was very accommodating and flexible with the booking dates and early check-in. The area is lovely, we went for a walk around the broads and caught a local speed boat competition which was fun to watch from The Commodore - great pub and outdoor space. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy - didn’t mind the noise too much. I stayed in the front bedroom and the noise from the main road didn’t bother my sleep at all. We cooked for every meal and the kitchen and dining space are so lovely, modern and clean. The house manual is super helpful for all appliances and getting comfortable in the house. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

We have family that live 5 mins walk from this property. I hope it is available the next time we are visiting them. Lovely lounge with really good television. I slept in the double bed and it was very comfortable (I appreciate this personal preference as I like a firm mattress). Also this room had a blind and curtains making it nice and dark for a good nights sleep. Great to have tea/coffee available and shampoo/shower gel available.

Quite a walk into Southwold. about 25 minutes. a little bit too far if your not a good walker. Unfortunately bus service not available in the evening.

Nice house, great location all as described. Victoria was very helpful and quick to respond. I would stay again.

This was a perfect property for our three generation family group. The oldies could hide away downstairs with their own bathroom and the young family had the comfort of the spacious carpeted upstairs. Kitchen well equipped, efficient heating and a very private and secure setting. Had a lovely meal at the White Hart - a short walk away - but make sure to have torches for the very dark walk home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gary's bungalow. The house was in a good location and we appreciated the parking space in front of the house. The house was clean and comfortable with good amenities. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces and made the most of the garden seating. I would recommend a visit to Southwold during your stay, for a nice British seaside experience.

The House in the Clouds is quirky, fun and the views are amazing. We had a small issue with 2 pigeons in the top room and Tash sorted this out really quickly. She was helpful, friendly and quick to respond. The beach was a short walk away, and our Sunday lunch at The Dolphin was great value and only a short walk away. Our family from the 18 month old toddler, to the 60 year old birthday girl loved every minute of the stay. Will hopefully be back but this time with friends.

Beautifully presented. Well equipped. Flexible for people with dogs, loads of space for them to move around. Yet it was very clean throughout and all bedrooms comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfect. Children’s area, hot tub, BBQ and importantly for us, peace and quiet. The views are outstanding and I would certainly recommend and come back. Thank you for having us
