New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Newly renovated summer house in Kerteminde. The house has 2 bedrooms - a bunk room and a double room. Nice spacious bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen/living room in one with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and TV with chrome cast. The house is 400 meters to the north beach, where there are also ice cream shops, etc. Kerteminde town is idyllic and cozy with timber houses and nice shops as well as restaurants. In the city is also the Johannes Larsen museum. Odense is about 20 minutes drive from Kerteminde

Cozy and functional annex of about 20 m3 with private entrance and toilet. The annex is completely private and located at the back of a cozy courtyard. You have the opportunity for privacy, but 2 others live here in the property. There is a small entrance hall, a living room/bedroom and a small bathroom. Cosy apartment - quiet area - city center.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

Stay close to the beach, the Johannes Larsen Museum and the city. The apartment is separate in an extension of the main house. Kitchen with dining area and private (retro) bathroom. There is a view of the garden, and in the background, the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. Here, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and museum visits. Less than 2 km to Great Northen and SPA. 5 minutes to one of Funen's best mini golf courses.
