Cottage, Scottish Borders, Cozy, Nature Heaven

SeanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We've just got back from a 5 night stay at this beautiful cottage. Set in the most beautiful countryside, this is a must have break for anyone wanting peace and quiet in a rural setting. Sally and her husband were very welcoming and always at hand if needed. The cottage itself is so lovely and cosy, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed so many lovely walks around the farm land and surrounding forest. The games room is a lovely touch, the children really enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. Our daughter loves horses and waking up every morning to Sally's horses outside our window was so lovely. We will certainly be booking to stay again :)

We were impressed on how clean and well designed the accommodation was with great shower and plenty of hot water. For us the location was nice and quite with horses and chickens in the next field. Would throughly recommend it.

Luxury Log Cabin with Hot Tub

HollyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Perfect stay in every way. Every aspect of the cabin was thought out and looked wonderful - very Instigrammable, if that's your thing. High tech kitchen with everything you'd ever need. Herbs, spices provided along with a goody box of snacks. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. A restaurant in walkable distance and lots of eating options 20mins drive in Carlisle. Could not fault anything about it. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Secluded Woodland Cabin in North Cumbria

MaiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely few days in our cabin! The cabin is spacious and has everything you need inside. Nice little area to sit out in with the dog as well. We brought a long line and tied it to the porch so our pup could explore round the cabin. Definitely recommend for a cosy weekend away

The Granary. Sleeps 13 - 15. Stunning rural views.

Julie was a great host. The cottage was lovely and stocked with lots of essentials which really helped. We ate at the onsite restaurant on one evening and it was delicious - highly recommend. The kids in our group loved playing in the stream and on the rope swings. It was a great place to enjoy some relaxed family time.

Romantic Hideaway Loft, Thatched Cottage

CatherineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing stay at the Hideaway. The cottage was very cosy, comfortable, and clean with everything we needed. The setting was beautiful, quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed meals outsides looking out over the wonderful views. Christine and Gordon were perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge. They genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us. Thank you! We enjoyed eating at The Sally and had fantastic walks at Gelt Woods and Birdoswald.
