Charming home rebuilt in 2018 after a move from the East End District. Built originally in 1947, I moved this home to save it from demolition and found some joy in remodeling it for new occupants to enjoy. Fully furnished, it has a great porch like the old days for sitting and having morning coffee. Just 2 blocks from the East End District, home of Wilson's Icehouse , Monroe's East End Grill and East End Market. Fitness center across the street and the Guadalupe River is steps away.

Please be advised the backyard patio is still accessible, but is getting a “makeover”. The work should not interfere with your stay, but is worth mentioning. Updated charmer in an excellent location. Quiet established neighborhood, just behind Schreiner Municiple Golf Course. Completely remodeled with loving attention to every detail. This is the place to relax in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Only 2.9 mi from the Kerrville Sports Complex. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS.
