Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Laurent’s place was exactly as described. My partner and I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this loft for anyone looking to stay in Bonn. The neighborhood was peaceful and very walkable. Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. The only comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV was not working well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. Communication was straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is very easy to reach.
