Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kerpen

We loved our stay! Eva and Peter were fantastic hosts. Great communication and super friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

Very nice house with a great thought-out concept. The music concept and lighting were particularly great. There was a slight background noise from the industrial area, but this can be excluded through the windows. The furnishings and equipment are top-notch. Direct contact with the landlord was always possible via the platform. Thank you for the wonderful experiences, especially through laughter, singing and dancing.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

We had a great long weekend in this lovely accommodation. All bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and very attractively furnished. The pool house had everything. The pool is spacious and looks almost a bit smaller in the pictures than it is in real life. The atmosphere of this accommodation is impressive and cozy at the same time. We will certainly come back, because it is the perfect location for a family reunion. Chantal and Lucas were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We celebrated New Year's Eve there with 4 families. We had a great time and would book the place again anytime. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The place is super nice and very well equipped. You could still move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is very nice. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you should not have the expectation when you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and provided so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. The only comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV was not working well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

We liked the accommodation and Ruth was very friendly. Everything perfect and if we should be nearby again, we will come back ^^ Thank you

Very well maintained, cozy and with small treats - here you feel immediately at home. Peter is super likeable, and immediately helped me when I had a question. Highly recommended!

If we had a question, they were immediately there to assist us with helpful info and tips. ▪A shopping market in the immediate vicinity (walking distance in 2 minutes) is great. ▪︎ We would stay there again at any time and can highly recommend the roof apartment with extra sleeping space in a separate room.

great place to stay, very accessible with good transport links and lots of interesting restaurants and things to do nearby. 10/10 would visit again for a lovely trip to Koln

The apartment has everything you need, is cozy, very clean and bright. The air conditioning was particularly helpful on the hot days. Peter is a very nice and helpful host. We fully recommend the place.

What an amazing find! A cozy living space, charming and helpful host, and a beautiful courtyard to unwind in. Close to a wonderful bakery, eatery and park. Michael’s place was a gem. If we find our way out here again, this home is the first one to be booked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Very nicely located Charlett, direct lake access, bötchen was great. We were lucky enough to be there on a quiet weekend, so the campsite did not bother... service in front of ORt is excellent, always available! Really very relaxing. Close to a lot of area to explore!!!

We had a nice stay. The spaces were larger than expected. The layout was very nice. If you are in a bedroom, you will not be bothered by the ambient noise (road & church). Unfortunately, many hairs were found on the beds themselves. The sauna got warm quickly and very nice to use. The pool was not always warm but fine! You had enough space to store and store everything. The bar was really a plus! The TV at the bar as well. Very nice that almost every room has its own bathroom and toilet, especially with such a large group! The rooms were heated quickly when you turned on the heating!. Plenty of space to sit and let everyone go. We had a great time!

The house is located on top of a beautiful mountain next to a quiet hamlet. The pool was a sanctuary and the beds were very comfortable, the whole place served us very well.

Located in the middle of a golf course, surrounded by trees with a sunny terrace, fire pit, hot tub and - especially - a swimming pound make it a great place to stay for a few days. The kitchen is well equiped and everything was super clean when we arrived. We recommend.
