Very responsive host, very clean house and outside area. Accessible to stores and food places. Host always available for questions or concerns. Quiet neighbors and spacious parking! Spacious house with many amenities included and toys for children to play with as well as floaters for the pool. Animal friendly and family welcoming. Will definitely try to book here again. My family loved it !

Arriving & staying at Joanie's place is like entering Garden of Eden. Just seeing the wide smile & "ohh-ahh" from my parents who are visiting from a city country, they couldn't believe their eyes seeing real oranges on the trees!! Great place for our stay to visit the national parks. Spent so much time at the parks we didn’t get to chill in this great house as much as we would have liked.

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

Wow! What a great place! The indoor pool was the best. It was so hot outside so being able to swim without sun and UV exposure was absolutely amazing. I have already recommended this place to friends for future adventures. ❤️

The bnb looked just like the photos, beautiful views all around. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. My group had a great time!

Don is the best host ever and his place is fantastic! The outdoor area has a great vibe and looks even better than the pictures. Pool and spa were great, outdoor entertainment and grill were well used by our group. Kitchen is well stocked and has tons of extras. Don’s place gets an A+

Could not have been more pleased with this Airbnb from the spacious and bright bedrooms, high ceilings, modern bathrooms, cozy living room, huge and pristine front deck, and the exceptionally well-equipped and beautiful kitchen. The host has thought of everything you can hope for when spending good money on your vacation and was super friendly and responsive when we had a question. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

This Airbnb was truly a dream! We felt right away how much this host cares about their guests. Everything was so completely thought out. It just felt so abundant! There is a little patch of astroturf in a private little area where I was able to get sun every morning which is my favorite way to start my day. The house was immaculate. Kudos to the housekeeping and the creative way all the towels were folded. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. It was so peaceful. We really only heard the sounds of nature. We loved the wide open space of the living room and dining. It’s only a 5 minute drive to the cute little town with restaurants and shops as well as a sweet little park and of course the Kern River. Our host responded immediately with any questions and seemed delighted to help. This will surely be my go to spot when I’m in the area. Thank you Lianna. You truly are a Superhost!

This was the fourth time we have frequented this AirBnB and that says a lot. A very unique location with the Sierra Nevada mountains looming to the west and the awesome rock formations all about. The accommodations are spacious and welcoming with many family entertainment options within, including pool and ping pong tables in the basement, and the great outdoors to wander in. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay with our son, his wife and our grand-kids. Our younger grandson upon leaving said " I love this place!". And we do too!

Beautiful home and beautiful views. Kids loved the game room but most of all the patio area. Large area prefect for gathering and hanging out. Jacuzzi was great on the patio with an amazing view. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset. Dena was also amazing!!! So grateful for her. After a very long day at Kings Canyon National Park and being so tired we arrived back at the house at 9pm and due to my user error on my end I couldn't get my door code to work. I called Dena and she answered right away and was able to slow me down and get us in without any delays.

The pristine pool table-swimming pool combo was brilliant, a perfect venue for our three-generation holiday. Memorial Day weekend and the throngs of families out to enjoy themselves along the Kern River and Sequoia NF were an expected part of the bustle, and local services with super-cheerful staff were up to it. We had fun everyday and especially appreciated being able to retreat to our private oasis. Nice be

Wonderful home that was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and wanted to make lifelong memories. The only regret was wishing we had more time! We were not even down the road when the kids were asking when we could return.

Paul’s place was perfect for my groups weekend getaway on the kern! Highlights consisted of the many games he offers from pool table, darts, ping pong, to games such as cards, bochie ball, and catch phrase! We really enjoyed using the hot tub while gazing at the mountains. His place really had everything we needed and more. It was in the heart of kernville making it walking distance to the river, local brewery, rafting companies, and the town’s stores. This is a place i always look forward to staying and i sure hope to stay here again in the future. Beautiful property that made our stay magical. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed our stay! This is our second time staying in the home and we truly enjoy how close it is to restaurants and shops. The best part is that you can hear the river as soon as you step out the front door. Literally reach the river in a couple of steps, and deer even roam the street. Travis and Trishia provided clear chech-in and check- out instructions, sent messages making sure we were doing well after our first night, and gave me recommendations for a great river spot when I asked. The home is clean, kitchen has everything you need, backyard is great for relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying some smores. Highly recommend staying here!

A very nice and cozy place, with a wonderful view.

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
