Holiday rentals with a patio in Kerhonkson

We had a great long weekend staying at Andrea’s place! Amazing location right off of Main Street, convenient and close to everywhere we wanted to go, and easy parking. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. Andrea was also super responsive and accommodating.

Cute, cozy, clean, and super close to the bike trail! Perfect stay for a weekend exploring the towns along the trail.

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

What a lovely listing in the heart of Beacon! Plenty of space for two, one of the more spacious suites that I’ve booked honestly. Incredibly clean and comfortable as well, felt right at home. Costanza is an amazing host to top it all off, greeting us while making the experience even more pleasant and seamless. Has the amenities needed for a short stay or even a more decent while, and definitely recommend considering the price to value received for this wonderful Airbnb

We had a great time at the Catskills and enjoyed our stay comfortably at the Catskills Village. We didn't bring a car and were able to explore the town by walking and Ubering to Hudson (with a wait time, as expected). Tommy and Jenna gave us some recommendations, which made planning for the trip easier. The space was perfect for two, with the bathroom on the second floor and the bedroom on the third floor. Everything was as described (we loved the interior design!) and perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location for a peaceful time away from the big city. Thank you Tommy and Jenna!

We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s beautiful cottage in Kingston. The home was cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated ~ truly a perfect retreat. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and unwind. Katherine was a warm and responsive host, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Hudson Valley!

Definitely the most peaceful bnb I’ve stayed at! Right on the river, big yard with fire pits, not too far from the cute little town and a ton of nature surrounding. Was a great stay, Kelly was very attentive. Would definitely book this spot again.

We had a great stay at Benjamin's place! The home is super clean, nicely designed, had games, kitchen essentials, and was a perfect spot for the 4 of us and our two dogs. The beds were comfortable as well! The location is ideal for hiking at Minnewaska (15 min max and you're in the parking lot). We also popped to local breweries and cideries (Rough Cut, Westwind and Arrowwood). All of these were between 5-10 minutes away. SO convenient! Local restaurants (Mill and Main and Stonehouse Tavern) were also within 5-10 minutes. The location is super ideal and close to so many spots, while also feeling very private. The backyard was nice and spacious for the dogs to run around, and it was a bonus to have the deck to hang out on for morning coffee. Overall, we'd highly recommend this space for anyone looking to have a good balance of activity and peace. Benjamin is a fantastic host - he was very communicative, accommodating, and we appreciate his hospitality. Cheers!

This was our second time staying at Stavros’ place with our kids (4 & 6 y.o.). As expected, another 5-star stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded place unwind and enjoy family activities, look no further, this place has it all. While the game room is always a huge hit with the kids (and parents), it’s the surrounding nature that makes this property unmatched. Absolutely stunning grounds, surrounded by forest, 2 ponds and a creek, our family was entertained for hours everyday. The kids caught (and released) fish, tadpoles, salamanders and frogs in the ponds. Splashed and hiked along the creek. And of course, an endless supply of firewood was a plus! Stavros is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Best of any Airbnb host we’ve experienced.

We loved staying at Marisa’s place! Everything is updated and clean. The kitchen and main room are great for socializing while also feeling cozy in the woods. We brought our baby and having a pack n play available made less luggage for us. There was a strong sulfur smell to the water in both the tap and shower (which Marissa did disclose ahead of time). If that bothers you make sure to bring water. Also there are little lips in the floors going throughout the house (which are clearly marked with white paint) plus one bathroom had a step up to the toilet/shower. Just a note is anyone has mobility issues.

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

This is a beautiful, peaceful home. I especially loved the great knives for cooking, the filtered water throughout the house, the dimmable lights, and the gorgeous interior design. It was the perfect home base to pop into the town of Stone Ridge, Woodstock, Kingston, and the surrounding parks for hikes. My friends and I couldn't have been happier with our stay!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Beautiful new home built on a beautiful property. It was extremely private and quiet and loved being able to wake up to a beautiful view of the trees and hearing the birds every morning. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace since it was an unusually chilly weekend and grilling on the deck. The location was perfect - closer to Accord where all the great restaurants and shops are. Connie was very quick to respond when we had questions. We will be back again!

We loved our stay at Lauren's place! The hot tub was of course a highlight, and we spent a lot of time just hanging on the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Nice touches like linen robes, and everything felt tidy and cozy!

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
