Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Great place, spacious, great hosts, super neighbors. This is a private beach, no parking or access for public, so this is an exclusive place and well worth it.

We had such a great weekend at the house. Joe left a bunch of drinks and some snacks for us He also left our dog a gift as well which she loved. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We all enjoyed our weekend there and can’t wait to go back!

Great place - just the right size for two of us and our dog for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house had everything we needed and was not too far from the towns on the Eastern Shore. Looking forward to a return visit.

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Moms weekend with our daughters was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. Really thoughtful touches such as a first aid kit, and over the counter meds. I have never seen that in any AirBNB. Outlet shopping and nice restaurants were close. An all around good time had by all.🍸

This tiny home in Lincoln offers a clean and fresh space that feels cozy and fun. It’s new and well-kept, making your stay comfortable. The peaceful spot is perfect for relaxing away from busy areas. Even though the weather didn’t let us swim, the beautiful pool looks inviting. The place welcomes pets, so you can bring your furry friends along. The hosts are quick to respond and helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, it’s a charming, quiet getaway with friendly hosts and a lovely setting.

This was our second time staying at the tiny house, and both times it was amazing. Great location, super close to the beach, and both of the hosts are extremely kind and responsive. The entire stay I felt at home. Worth every penny we spent, and we’re looking at coming back again next year!

A really well kept and clean space! Private entrance leads you up to the studio where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very well kept and looks exactly like the photos. Access to the shared pool is an added bonus! Location is right off the highway so easy to get to wherever you want to go.

We enjoyed a weekend with our 2 year old golden retriever at Jennifer’s place. We were able to take some time out at local restaurants/activities that allowed dogs as well as visiting dewy beach that was only a 30 min drive. We all were very comfortable and relaxed.

My family and I were looking for a quiet location to spend the weekend with grandma and it was beyond what we were hoping for. The most important thing is that grandma enjoyed it as much as we did. Let’s just say we fell in love with the location. Keep up the good work.

This is the perfect spot for a large group! There is plenty of room inside and out, with beds for everyone. It was also great to have multiple rooms with TVs so people could relax, and ample parking space. A great find and great host!

Omg ..my family and I didn't want to leave..it was so beautiful and comfortable.. the host were very nice and helpful and made sure that we were comfy.. my daughter loved the pool and and patio was great for chilling in the morning. We will definitely be going back again..loved everything about it

The home was warm & cozy, spotless. It was in a nice quiet location. Close to the beach, had a nice private yard for our dogs! The beds were extremely comfortable & the sheets smelled so fresh! Megan went over & above, She informed us we could check in at 2, which was a nice surprise. Megan responded so quickly when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again!

This is truly a special home and we enjoyed our short stay tremendously. It is the perfect space for a calm/peaceful moment away. We made so many sweet memories as a family. Every detail was thought of by Danielle and Colleen, they made themselves readily available throughout our stay. This was one of my favorite places to stay. We’ve decided to stay here everytime we visit Delaware. The tiny home was spacious and very comfortable. There was AC to cool off. The private hot tub was a blessing. We soaked every morning and night and felt like we lost weight. The animals were friendly and precious. The farm was gorgeous. There was plenty of meat for sale and veggies to choose from. FRESH EGGS!!! We had a great time and the hosts were absolutely fantastic.

Our group has a wonderful time at Pratt Farm Lodge. The Barndo was very spacious and perfect for our group to cook big meals while our kids ran around. It has everything we could have needed and made our trip very enjoyable. Ford was a great host who was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.

Patrick and Angel's place was a great winter escape for our group of six people and our dog. They have every detail covered, and were very easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Convenient and useful for our weekend stay in DE. Instructions were clear and we had no issue checking in and out. Host also went above and beyond with amenities. We had everything we needed for the stay.

We had a great time! Place was very secluded and peaceful. We got to enjoy morning walks on the beach, collecting seashells and hearing of the ocean waves crash with nobody else around. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities that we needed, both bathrooms were clean and we got to enjoy a nice bath even. The beach had a lot of sandflies, luckily the owners had a bug spray which saved us, but you can also never go wrong with bringing one as well! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome beach house!

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!
