Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kent County

Fernando and Shirley were great hosts! Very flexible and accommodating, friendly, and always had coffee in the morning--even if I was never awake in time to enjoy it! Highly recommended for any festival or race attendees.

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We were comfortable, and we loved the Dog and the chickens. It’s a nice place I loved the trees and the cute little garden in the back. My family came from Puerto Rico and we brought them here to celebrate our wedding it’s good we had a place to spend time with them. Definitely a place to remember!

We rented Thomas's space for our entire wedding weekend. It was truly the most incredible experience. From top to bottom Thomas helped to make this our dream weekend. The place is like its own little world. It's the most magical surroundings and the houses themselves are truly breathtaking with every amenity you could want... a disco garage?! This will forever go down as one of the best weekends of our lives!

If you're looking for the PERFECT getaway for a group, you've found it. I can't say enough about this property. We rented it for our entire wedding weekend and it was truly magical.

We had the best time at Nicole's home. She was warm, welcoming and very kind! Her home was beautiful and so well kept and cleaned. She had everything you'd need from coffee/tea to brand new towels with tags still on them to a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in both bathrooms. She was a great host, and in the perfect distance to Firefly Music Festival. We loved staying there and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Dover!!

Tom’s place is absolutely adorable and cozy! So many cute touches. I staid here for a two-day business trip in March and I wanted to stay longer. Beach is right there and a cute bar and restaurant all a stone’s throw away. Neighborhood is super safe. The hot tub’s jets are lovely and strong - great massage! Only 2 issues were getting the heat and internet working but Tom responded almost instantly and guided me. I would love to come back when it’s warm!

Kate’s place was perfect! Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, everything we needed! And the neighbors, Krista and Mike are new friends!! Great great place!
