Martha’s home was absolutely wonderful—by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully maintained. The luxury linens and bedding made for an incredibly comfortable stay, and every bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless with no hiccups whatsoever. Zero complaints—just a perfect experience all around!

My family and I were looking for a quiet location to spend the weekend with grandma and it was beyond what we were hoping for. The most important thing is that grandma enjoyed it as much as we did. Let’s just say we fell in love with the location. Keep up the good work.

This is the perfect spot for a large group! There is plenty of room inside and out, with beds for everyone. It was also great to have multiple rooms with TVs so people could relax, and ample parking space. A great find and great host!

This house was great for my large family. Very clean and a lot of space. We really enjoyed the pool and outside area as well. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to the highway for stores and restaurants. Jacqueline is a fantastic host as this is the second time and second location we have rented from her. Very friendly and always responsive!

Great place. We were there for a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf. Super convenient and easy to get to. The house is adorable and fully stocked. My kids loved all the bunnies around the property. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Great place, great location! Horseshoe crabs at the beach was an unexpected bonus! The home itself is very clean, and there are many nice touches throughout. The shower in the Master suite is enormous! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with many dishes, pots and pans, but could use some more food basics (like sugar and coffee). Our only real complaints are about the beds: the ones on the first floor are a bit creaky, and the ceiling in the loft is so low that the beds up there are really only for young kids under 5 feet tall that can climb a ladder. However, the pullout bed in the couch is great, so we were just fine. Overall a fantastic place -- we would stay again!

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

Cindy's place was great! It was super clean, and very nice. We stayed there during a soccer tournament. We fit 4 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The kitchen was a great size for cooking and packing food for the day. The back porch was a great to hang out on into the night. I would definitely use bug spray as you're in the woods next to a pond. Bugs are to be expected in that environment. The location would be difficult to find if Cindy, the host, wasn't as proactive as she was. She made it very easy.

This is my second time back here and it was just as nice as the first time here. Loved everything about Dana’s place. We will be back again for sure.

Our family truly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Sandbox. We enjoyed a trip to Assateague Island to see the ponies. And enjoyed a few days on broadkill beach. A nice beach for families with children as its shallow water. The sandbox was definitely a nice place to come back to with the outdoor shower to rinse off, plus she has plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon so no hauling from home. The sandbox has the cutest front porch to enter onto. Best of all, she accommodated our family fur baby. And we well appreciated it. And you would never know the rental accepted pets as there is no odor at all. Karen always returned my messages almost immediately as well. Thank you Sandbox for an enjoyable family memory in 2024.

We had a great time at Julia's place. The beach was steps from the front door and you could see the water from the screened in porch. The location was quiet and the house was clean. Kitchen was well stocked and sheets were clean

We had a great time in Broadkill! The house was in a perfect location- quiet, just steps from the beach, and very pet friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. We practically had the beach to ourselves and saw so much wildlife including birds, horseshoe crabs, starfish, skates, foxes, and deer. The home was well equipped, child and dog friendly, and had lots of games to keep everyone entertained. We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Traveled to Dover for a family wedding & figured rather than book at a hotel and be restricted to one room, why not book a house. Found Nicole’s listing and it was perfect! First night there was a light storm and the sun room off the back made it very enjoyable and peaceful. Nicole sent recommendations for eating & the two we went to (US 13 grill & Hollywood Diner) were so good.

Very clean, well stocked and exactly as described and in pictures. Host was super responsive including our requests on day of checkout making our stay for a lax tourn all the more convenient. Would definitely stay when in the area.

The Sandcastle was excellent, just what we needed! The path to the beach was right behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. The house was clean and decorated for beach relaxation. It is far enough away from things to be private, but also a short drive to other towns and beaches along the coast. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a restful, quiet vacation and loved it all.

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!

Gary's place was great! The backyard and surroundings are beautiful and I felt right at home.

Roxana’s home was the perfect home away from home for our group of 8 adults. I was hesitant to book since there were no prior reviews, but I’m so glad I did—no regrets at all! Spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, we never felt cramped. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, and the small fridges and kitchenettes on each floor were a hit with our adult kids. The neighborhood was quiet and safe—we had no concerns. Roxana was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Quick layout note: the master is on the main floor and can function as its own suite. Upstairs, the second floor has 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suites), a kitchenette, and a full hallway bath. The third floor is like a private apartment with its own kitchenette and full bath. Don't hesitate, book it! -M
