Holiday rentals with a patio in Kensington

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

This is the 2nd time we stay in Mel’s place albeit different location. She is totally helpful and friendly. Her place is so clean, neat and minimalist and we felt really at home. Location wise is top notch as Puckle Street is a stone away and everything you need is easily assessable such as supermarket, cafe, retail stores. Brunetti is just next door. 25 min by train to Flinders station and 18 mins by car to Tullamarine airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Great location, central & walking distance to everything in Moonee Ponds yet apartment is tucked away in a quiet street. Owner is very friendly, responsive & keeps the place clean & tidy. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment & great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Beautiful location one block from the free tram. There is short term (5 min) parking along the short side streets on each side of building that can be used when picking up the key or loading/unloading your car.

Great accomodation with very thoughtful details! Amazing views and right in the heart of Melbourne CBD! Place was squeaky clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others too.

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We’re so grateful to have had Nicola as our host. She was incredibly warm, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small ant issue (thanks to Melbourne’s wet weather, not the house!) she came over right away with spray - and the ants disappeared overnight. She also thoughtfully left us milk, snacks, and later brought extra blankets for comfort. Every gesture showed how much she cared. Her home was absolutely stunning - full of character, charm, and warmth. Every corner felt intentional, with beautiful decor and trinkets that reflected her love for travel and culture. There was even a play area upstairs that our kids loved! The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near shops. We truly adored both the home and Nicola. She made our trip feel so special, and we left feeling incredibly thankful for the experience. Thank you Nicola! ❤️

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
