My stay at Reuvens Airbnb was very comfortable. All lights were labeled. The bed was comfortable. The shower was easy to use. All very clean. The kitchen was fully supplied. Lots of details in the setting made it easy to feel relaxed. It was quiet also. It is in easy walking distance to a supermarket and an avenue to walk down and enjoy. I recommend it for all around comfort.

I enjoyed my stay, it was a peaceful place and Michael’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It had that classic north Berkeley charm that I was nostalgic for, and is pretty close to monterey market and other cute shops down on hopkins.

The place worked out great for our visit - will be returning for sure.

The house was nice and clean. It smelled really good. Me and my brothers were in town for my nephews high school graduation and the location of the house was about 8 minutes away. The host was very communicative and checked in daily to make sure everything was going ok.

Worked for a family with three adult sons having a bit of time together. Nice combo of indoor and outdoor space.

We loved staying here! First, the place was extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we could need for a longer stay and felt like our own space due to the privacy and easy access with coming and going. The location was great. I was commuting regularly and enjoyed being just a few minutes walk away from BART. We were also near some great bike rides. Sonha and her husband were exceptional hosts, always ensuring we had what we needed, plus more. I felt like we could easily get in touch with them whenever. We felt particularly lucky with how welcoming they were, even inviting my husband on a bike ride after discovering that was one of his interests. I feel like Sonha’s communication was perfect and always at the same level we brought. Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences and Sonha’s place is definitely our first pick next time we’re back!

We had an amazing stay at Kathleen’s listing. The views of the city and bay were simply incredible. Clear views of the Golden Gate and Oakland bridges on a clear day. The pictures don’t do it justice. The back patio was our favorite spot on the property. My kids enjoyed watching the hummingbirds flying thru the garden. A very peaceful place to enjoy the views. The beds were very comfy with plenty of bedding and pillows. Good street parking and a private parking spot in front of the garage. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My family had a comfortable, peaceful, and stress-free stay while in town for my graduation. The place felt homey (with many toys and books for kids!) and worked well for my family. The decor was a bit dated and there were dogs on the property, which could be an issue for some guests. Overall, the hosts (Donald and Susan) were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and it was a good stay for what my family needed. Would recommend!

Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

I can’t say enough great things about Christine. We had a fantastic stay. We were there to help our daughter who had just had a baby. Christine was extremely accommodating. The place was very clean and I appreciated how she anticipated everything we might want or need. She addressed every detail. Extremely responsive. I’d highly recommend her place! We definitely plan to stay there when in the area next.

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Our stay was exactly what we needed: private, well-appointed, lovely aesthetics, tidy, quiet, and easy to "get right." We had every amenity and piece of information we needed to get settled, get comfortable, and get squared away when it was time to check out. Rarely have I had a more convenient and stress-free stay, and in an exceptionally aesthetically pleasing space to boot! Comprehensive communication was top-notch. P.S. Major shout out for the laundry, kitchen, and bathroom having all the detergents and implements needed to stay squeaky clean! So thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay! This was one stop on an extended road trip with our children, and once we discovered well-appointed it was we extended our stay by another day. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The bedroom had plenty of space for us to set up our air mattress, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Jeremy and Miranda were kind and welcoming and gracious. They gave very helpful answers to our questions, recommended Muir Woods for hiking and gave us a heads up about the reservation process. This was a lovely place and we were sad to leave.

Great place to stay while visiting the East Bay. Beautiful neighborhood: quiet, safe, and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants/shops. Very convenient for public transportation or driving as well. The apartment is spacious for a couple, much more room than you’d have in a basic hotel room. Loren was proactive in sending check-in instructions and provided a thorough guidebook both for the place itself and the surrounding area. No complaints!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. I highly recommend staying at Gillian’s place in Mill Valley. My friends and I truly enjoyed our girls weekend there. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very clean. Gillian provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in the future. We really loved the location!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
