Enjoy our newly painted home with all new linens. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with new large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.

We loved it here. It’s right on the water, with the boat ramp literally right beside it. The bottom of the house was in closed like a garage and that made it so much easier to get dress for hunting down there than having to drag waders inside. The inside of the house was spacious and very clean. The instructions on how to check in/check out were short, sweet, and to the point ( which is what we want and love ) The bathroom was FULLY stocked with towels and wash cloths! Lee was fast to respond and answer any questions we had and even made a point to check in with us. We hope to continue to stay here in the future ! 10/10 recommend

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Cabin 6! Anna & James were amazing hosts. They were very responsive when I messaged with questions and even bought a brand new blender for my morning smoothies! The house was well stocked. We stayed for 6 nights and had plenty of towels for the week. I also cooked every night and had all the pots, pans, etc. that I needed to make our meals (there are basic spices and cooking oil in the cabinets). There was also a drip coffee machine and keurig. The house itself is cozy and in a very peaceful neighborhood. If you enjoy sitting on the porch, you have a beautiful view of the golf course. If you enjoy walking, you can step right out the front door and have a great neighborhood to take a walk in. There are also plenty of restaurants within minutes of the house. Our whole experience was fantastic and exceeded our expectations!

This garage apt on the Red River was a perfect homebase for our son's graduation from Harding. The landscaping & seating overlooking the river were lovely - the setting was peaceful & private. We felt like we were miles away from Searcy, but were only about 10 min from town. We went back & forth several times. Our family played lots of ping pong in the garage, some cornhole in the driveway & enjoyed watching fireflies at night on the deck. Winford & Sue Ann were wonderful hosts, checking in on us when we arrived & then once again later - to make sure we had everything we needed. They even provided snacks & breakfast items - which is something we've never experienced before in an Airbnb. Their son Tony handles all the communication thru Airbnb & was very responsive. The apt was larger than expected, well stocked, very comfortable & the outdoor setting was beautiful. We'd definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!

This is our second time staying here. It is a cozy garage apartment with everything you need. It’s basically on the Harding University campus. It’s a great area to walk and close to restaurants. It’s quiet and peaceful.
