The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, cereal bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, tea and coffee, cutlery and plates etc., a microwave, toaster and a small fridge.

Our stay at Joe's was a home away from home! It had easy access to Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry. It was one of the most peaceful places we stayed our entire trip. Joe was helpful in every way and gave us great recommendations for everything. Additionally, the bed was AMAZING! It was so comfortable! Joe's love of the area and the sanctuary that he has created on his property shines through during your stay. We feel so lucky to have shared such a perfect space. :)

Both are always concerned about their guests' well-being, always helpful, and always available with time, advice, and support. The little cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Quiet yet centrally located. I will never forget my time with them.

Carmel's place was wonderful! Great location, very quiet, very clean. Carmel allowed me to check in early and met me to explain everything. She assisted me with an issue I had with my car, made a great recommendation for service. Carmel met me at check out also. Kelly Gs is well worth the price! Kenmare is a wonderful town with close proximity to many sites. Highly recommend Kelly Gs!

We had a great time at Miranda's place! She is friendly and helpful, with good recommendations about the area. The room and bathroom are very nice, with a lot of light and storage. The shared kitchen is convenient with useful amenities. The place itself is beautiful, with horses and very friendly dogs. Overall, a beautiful place to stay at and a great host!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! 8 adults easily and comfortably stayed here for a long weekend. Loved the hot chocolate from the chocolatier across the street, playing card games on the giant dining room table, and following the local hiking book the hosts left behind. We were stuck with two incredibly rainy days and were thrilled to have the space of the house to spread out instead of being stuck in a hotel room. The house has 3 full baths and a half bath, as well as on site laundry which was clutch given our rainy hikes.

A wonderful house, Margaret was helpful (and thank you for the welcome gift) amazing location, views are beautiful and so so quiet. All appliances worked, clean and tidy inside, a slight niggle was the pillows on the bed, but that’s a personal preference, and not a negative. Cushions on the large sofa need to be freshened up a bit. But what’s a location and setting. 10/10 underfloor heating was great and the house was warm. WiFi was good too. We had a wonderful stay for the 4 nights. Can recommend this place with ease. We will be back.
