Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kenilworth

Highly recommend staying at Don Julio’s place in the heart of Harfield Village. It’s a lovely property, has everything you need and I felt like I was at home during my stay. Julio and Manfred are very communicative and super nice guys.

My son and I used Claydon's place as interim accommodation whilst moving. It was the perfect haven from a hard day's unpacking. Spacious, safe parking, great kitchen. Recommend.

Julia was accommodating from the word go with a flexible check in. The cottage is so spacious and beautifully done! Prince the caretaker is responsive and friendly, his homemade shortbread was delicious! Thanks for having us! Ilhaam

We were on our way from Cape Town to Kruger and needed a place to stay for a night, almost last minute. Communication was superb and check in was easy. We had a super comfy short stay. And ubered to the airport early am. 4 of us had a nice meal together, good sleep, I soaked in the tub, kitchen had everything we needed. Really cute little spot. Thank you!

Was a lovely stay. Well located to the major city spots. The hosts were really responsive . They are also very accommodating from start to finish and allowed flexible check-in and check out. The whole family was warm and welcoming. Allowed me to easily feel at home during my stay. Overall a nice home-away from home experience.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Sally's for work and and with the family. Always a winner, excellent location for what we require and Sally always on hand in need. I'm sure we will be back.

Deirdré’s guest accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and there was everything you would need (and more) for a super-comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had an indoor fireplace, with plenty of wood supplied, and an outdoor long table and braai. It also had a lovely garden and great views of the mountain, especially from upstairs. Deirdré was a lovely host. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. There were clear instructions for self-check-in and detailed notes on how everything in the house works. All in all, a wonderful space, and we would definitely book again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

Ilke, is a Superhost, she is responsive, extremely accommodating, the apartment was as she described. It felt like home, and due to the adverse weather conditions, the fireplace was definitely welcome. The mid week complimentary clean and laundry change was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was ideal for our needs as it was very close to our kids. The location of the apartment, means it is also easy to access roads and routes to get around Cape Town.

Super friendly on arrival and pretty much left alone to come and go as you please.All amenities were available as described and short drive of 2min to big shop centre also walkable.Placeebah Marina

The host was very friendly and understanding, he made sure I was comfortable. He was always available for my questions on the app. My stay was short but I will definitely book again.

I enjoyed comfortabke week stay, easy to take exit on Grove st to Cavendish, unobstructed view, good hosts.

The Lookout was awesome! It's really walkable to great restaurants and shops, the whole neighborhood is fun and vibrant, but didn't feel too touristy. The apartment was clean and beautiful, the views are amazing! it is on a busy street, so there is traffic noise, but that didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cape Town. Plus Matt was super friendly and responsive, meeting us there despite our late arrival and giving us tons of great recommendations.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Janina‘s place. It is even more beautiful in real life than the pictures show. Janina‘s family even showed us around the gorgeous garden and made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Janina was always super friendly and accommodating. We would immediately book the cottage again.

My second stay staying at Melissa's place, and will choose it next time again!

Our stay at Philipp’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked, we could tell Philipp was an exceptional host. His communication and care were outstanding. When we arrived, he welcomed us personally, helped with our bags, and gave us a mini tour along with much-appreciated coffee recommendations. One detail I especially loved was the beautiful handbook he’s put together with thoughtful restaurant recommendations and personal notes. It was such a lovely touch and really shows how much care he puts into creating a wonderful experience for his guests. Once we settled in, I have to say: impressed is an understatement. I can be quite particular, and this was truly an excellent stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful complimentary touches throughout. I’d seen the other glowing reviews, and they’re absolutely well earned, as is the feature in Condé Nast Traveller! Thank you so much, Philipp!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruth’s apartment. Charmingly decorated and beautifully sunny which made us feel right at home. A lovely little deck for early morning coffees and late afternoon drinks. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to the mountain views from the kitchen and lounge areas and even enjoyed hearing the scholars being dropped off for school ( a school close by). Apartment was equipped with all we required. After a day out and about we loved returning to our little home for the week! Off street parking is provided as stated in listing - just to point out that it is a bit steep, but manageable. Thank you Ruth - we hope to be back! Best wishes, Antoinette and Dana
