Holiday rentals with beach access in Kenai Peninsula Borough

This place was a great place to stay! Right across from salty dogs and near lots of shops! I don’t know if it was mentioned but you have to park down the road to avoid your car being towed. Also, it may be a good idea to mention footage of the apartment. We thought we could lay down a small blow up mattress as well and there wasn’t room. Small place but perfect for a couple.

One thing I learned while visiting Alaska is that everything is expensive. I might have given the value as 4 stars, but Brett was perhaps the best Airbnb host I've had so an extra star for that. We really did enjoy the stay and the bed so very comfy. The place was super clean and the hot tub was great too. Thanks Brett.

Randy was very friendly and the place was like home. He was very kind and shared information as much as he can. One of the best hosts I have had.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect!! very clean cozy living space quiet and beautiful views. Also provided everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. Given lots of recommendations for activities that were perfect. Definitely check out Seacours Tours they are great! Overall absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again!!! The location was perfect and the unit was extremely clean and well-equipped for a longer stay. Seward has become a rising star in the art and music community and it was so nice to find an exceptional place to stay for a reasonable price during a music festival.

Spacious and clean apartment with good amenities at a good location. Host was friendly and quick in response to questions.

Nice little place to stay. Very clean, and easy to get inside with instructions. All rooms had great views. We took the short little walk to eat and shop.

There is no better place to stay in Homer than on the boardwalk. Ocean sights & sound, with only steps to the beach. Great coffee shop below and steps to other places to eat. Great location!

Kristen checked in on us throughout our stay, which was very kind. Her daughter lives on the property and showed us around her garden and animals - so cool! The house looks unassuming but is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and very well equipped. It was a lovely private weekend getaway for us.

Joanna’s place was exactly as described & just what we were looking for. We’re from Anchorage & walking around Lake Hood is one of our favorite things to do - lots of Alaska bush planes taking off, landing, & parked in slips. Yet Joanna’s place was very quiet inside. Hope to stay again

My husband and I had a very peaceful stay here! It was perfect to come back to the beach house after an incredible boat tour of Kenai Fjords National Park. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Responded to all messages within minutes. Area and view was beautiful, but no moose sightings sadly. House was immaculately clean and tidy, with a healthy supply of towels, blankets, bedding, condiments, dishes, utensils, cleaning and hygiene products, and anything else we needed. Would love to visit again.

The views from the living and dining area are better than the listing pictures! There was better privacy then expected for the pull-out sofa, as there are French doors between the living/dining room and the rest of the house. The house is roomy for 6 adults with enough living room seating and a large dining table. The two bedrooms & the laundry with a 1/2 bath are in the finished basement, but both rooms have windows, so this was not an issue for us. The house was very clean & the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in. The location is just a couple blocks from the sealife center and even closer to the small 'downtown' restaurants and shops.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet, peaceful :) close to a park (walkable distance). Not far from grocery stores.

Seaside Hideaway was a nice, convenient place to stay in Homer. We loved the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms & bathroom, but I could imagine it would be a problem for older folks. It is very unique & pretty! The home was clean & stocked appropriately. Daniel was a good host. He was informative & kept contact with me. The only thing missing was a tv which we knew would not be available ahead of time. I thought we wouldn't miss it with us being in such a wonderful home in such an amazing town, but we did just a little. However, it is not enough to deter us from the property. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Daniel! :)

What an incredible spot. A lovely home, with on a dynamic property. So quintessentially Homer, full of thoughtful details and artful touches. Plenty of space to relax with family. A very well appointed kitchen. Great communication from Faye and Tom. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to house my visiting family! Thank you!
