Only stayed one night for next day flight out of Gatwick but loved this small town. Place is only a few minutes to the airport and Quasim gave us a ride for a very reasonable fee. Booked the 4 bed room and felt more spacious than what I imagined from the pictures. Bathroom was so pristine and new looking. Horley is such a cute town. Ate at Foresters for the night and the food was amazing. Also did one of the escape and my group had so much fun! Would have loved to spend more time in this town.

Really enjoyed my trip to Brighton, the room was great Comfortable bed, everything tidy and ready, self check in and check out Very responsive hosts too

I’d definitely recommend staying here, nice rooms and the added bonus of it being a pub so not far to go after having dinner and drinks.

Very quaint B&B. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful to any need. The room had lovely decor and coziness. Will definitely stay here if I am in Eastbourne again!

Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

Lovely room and fantastic breakfast. It was lovely to meet Melanie and the whole place had a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

The lodge is located in a beautiful corner of East Sussex and the owners have created an equally beautiful place to enjoy as a retreat and comfortable place to recharge yourself. Everything is as described and then a bit better too. The owners and staff doing everything possible to make you welcome and happy. Highly recommend.

You have to rate different kinds of places in different way. I've given five stars to other places because they were in exquisite buildings or had ravishing views or heavenly breakfasts. This doesn't tick those kinds of boxes, but it's a really good, convenient hotel and (at the introductory rate I had) it was really good value. Best of all, it had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Norman's holiday home exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable and basically just on the beach in Pevensey. Also a short walk to Pevensey Bay and to Sovereign Harbour. I cannot recommend this holiday home enough. Thank you Norman and Julie.

A dream place! One of the best airbnb’s we have ever stayed. The place is so peaceful and beautiful we can’t recommend enough. It is very clean and beautifully designed. We had a very nice stay at Hurst Farm. The room was lovely and had a great view from the bathroom. It is a beautiful, peaceful location.. we also really appreciated the garden and pool. There is lots to do in the area. We would recommend! Thank you!

Looking for a night away and this was perfect for us - lovely location, we had a ground floor garden room. Had lunch in the bar area and all was very nice and staff were so attentive and could not do enough! Would stay again

I came for a quick winter break with my son and we had a fantastic stay. The annexe had everything we needed. There were lots of games to keep us busy in the evening & smart TV was easy to use. There was wine and chocolates which were appreciated and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable too- had a great sleep! The Wi-Fi is also really good here- I did have to work there for a few hours and it managed just fine which was a relief. We also loved the location, the annexe is on a quiet farm, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, all we could hear was nature and wildlife. In terms of the surrounding area we went to the Queen Elizabeth country park to walk the trails there, the trails were really well marked- this place is also great for bikes. Overall we had a great time with the highlights being the hot tub and quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely stunning!! The views were lovely and incredibly picturesque. The wisteria was in full bloom and really added to how beautiful this place was. The bed, the bath, and all amenities were lush. Chloe, the receptionist that checked us in was incredibly sweet and helpful. Felt so welcomed and the area was great, about half hour walk from the Pantiles. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Had a fantastic stay. Photos don't do it justice on how beautiful of a place it is. Host really friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super. John ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir hatten mit John eine super Zeit und sehr viel Spaß. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. John hat uns jeden Tag zum Festival of Speed gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Einfach super. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
