Very friendly communication and great place. I was on site for work and had everything I needed on site. Shopping is easy to reach on foot. Very pleasant stay and very nice through the small balcony.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Communication with the hosts worked very well and was uncomplicated. We were very happy about the pasta with pesto ☺️ The accommodation is well located to discover Kempten or to go for a drink or eat in the evening. Everything we needed / stated was there 👍🏼 Since the accommodation is on the top floor, it was a little hot. But that was quite bearable with the fan in the room. We would recommend the place!

Super nice apartment in the heart of Kempten - a few minutes' walk from the residence. Clean and very spacious, fast communication with the host and top equipped kitchen. We can highly recommend!

Alex's accommodation is super centrally located. There is a parking space for the car and the apartment is very nice and perfectly equipped. You can walk to the city center in a few minutes and reach everything very easily and quickly. The location is also excellent for bike tours in the surrounding area and as a starting point for hikes. Alex always responded quickly, check-in was possible 24 hours a day without any problems. We will be happy to come back. Maybe even in winter.

I spent a week there on a hiking holiday. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. There is everything you need. The location is excellent: you can reach the highway in no time, and you can be in Kempten in just a few minutes by car. In addition, the accommodation is ideally located to explore the surrounding hiking trails. Thanks to the good connection, you can quickly reach Oberstdorf and the Alps. The value for money is very good.

We had lovely days at the property. The oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

When we first arrived at the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable. The location is super central and the city center is within easy walking distance. Apartment was big enough for 7 people to get out of the way. The only downside was the kitchen equipment in terms of glasses and large pots. For self-catering from a larger group, you had to improvise something here.

The apartment was lovely, well-equipped and wonderfully stylish. We had everything we could possibly want, and a lovely welcome gift. Frank and Patricia are genuinely lovely people, very friendly and welcoming and interested in their guests. We enjoyed great day trips and discovered the amazing bakery! Thank you both for a fantastic stay.

The accommodation was top and everything as described. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you feel right at home here. The area is quiet, you only have neighbors within the house. The amenities left nothing to be desired and we had everything we needed for a weekend. You can see that everything was thought of here with a lot of attention to detail. Surrounding you will find many beautiful trails for walking or cycling. We were here for a family celebration and also had enough space to use the kitchen here for preparations. Eva is a great host and was always available for questions. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back <3

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is bright, friendly and very cozy. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and overall you can see how much attention to detail is put into it. The accommodation is simply perfect, especially with children - everything has been thought of! A real highlight was the fantastic library - the heart of small and large bookworms beats faster. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to the next time!

We had a very nice stay :) The apartment is cozy and just right for a couple or a small family. We enjoyed the evenings on the terrace very much and our little daughter loved the swing :)

Karin and her husband are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The contact was always quick and easy. The apartment is very nice and functional. If we are in the area again, we will book here again.

If Kempten were a circle, the place would be the middle. We felt completely comfortable. The place flies right in the pedestrian area and yet it is very quiet. You can't park directly with the car in front of it, but that's not a problem at all and you are in the middle of the life of Kempten.

We stayed at the property with our two kids. It is a very clean and spacious place to stay. Very stylishly furnished and you feel right at home. Great location. Everything you need is available, and more :D We highly recommend it for families as well as for couples or if you are traveling with friends. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed the garden, the swimming pool and the hot tub for a number of days. There were plenty of sunny and shady spots. We were able to use nice loungers. We were also allowed to use two bicycles for free to explore the area. Harald and Vaneide are two friendly people who do everything to give their guests a good stay. Highly recommended!!!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. Any questions were always answered very promptly. For the journey by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and the surroundings offer many excursion possibilities. Gladly again:)

We were allowed to use the bird's nest as a starting point during a city trip and felt completely comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed. The view from the window towards the old town is unique. In the height of summer, it could get a little hot in the two bedrooms under the roof, but it was bearable in May. All in all, we had a great stay in Augsburg!

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.
