Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Cozy apartment in the old town of Kempten

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

Light-flooded apartment in Kempten

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

All important locations are within walking distance, in the mountains you are within 20 minutes by car. The Allgäu Forum shopping centre can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu or discover the mountains in a sporty way!

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the north of the city. Due to the elevated location above Kempten, you can enjoy a unique view of the city into the mountains. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped. Kempten is an ideal place to connect city and nature. A trip to the Allgäu mountains, shopping or experiencing culture, everything is possible.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

The apartment is bright, friendly and located in a very quiet area in the city of Kempten. From every window you can look into a large and beautifully grown garden. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and an awning.
