Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

Nicholas's place was perfect location for us to travel between Maryland and DC, amenities were great, will book again for future visits!

Adorable home. My host was awesome responding to questions or concerns. The Metro was very close and convenient. There was a walking/running trail 5 minutes away, so cute. I would strongly recommend to anyone staying there. If my family is ever in the area again, hands down, we’ll be here. There were 6 of us, plenty of room, we all had our privacy and room to be together.

The apartment downstairs was a little bit of a surprise. Maybe I didn’t read the description all the way, but the basement apartment should be a little more visible in the description of the place. Other than that. It’s perfect!

My family and I absolutely loved the cottage in on the hill! It was just the right amount of space for everyone. Ed’s welcome book had everything we needed to know about the house. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay again.

We loved our stay. It was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the off street parking and the wide steps with handrail going down to the basement. Upon entering, it gave a warm and welcoming vibe. The bed was super comfy. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Hien’s place was the perfect location for what we needed. It was a great half way spot as we traveled from MA to Hilton Head SC. Our family of 3 (2 adults and our dog) loved the location. A quiet neighborhood, with a park, restaurants & shops within walking distance. The house was very clean and spacious. Our family had a wonderful stay at Biniyam’s place! The house was spotless and well-equipped, the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The bedrooms have chairs and tables, convenient for remote work while traveling with a big family. Binyam was a great communicator and provided helpful local tips. The house location was perfect for exploring Downtown Silver Spring and Washington DC and close to the metro station. Lots of great restaurants and groceries close by. The EV charger was a lifesaver! We were able to charge our Tesla overnight and didn't have to worry about finding a public charger. It was so convenient and made our trip much easier. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Christopher was a great host :) Check-in was super easy, and he was very responsive with any questions we had! Beds were super comfortable, parking was convenient, and super accessible location!

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! Thank to you both!
