Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Location: amazing. Has a direct path to the mall. Area: safe because of the security staff and receptionists Room: simple but has the necessary equipment/furniture/utensils

Great place if its just you and your partner. amazing view and place. loved everything about it! the price/room is amazing value for your money! only downside i had, was no rice cooker and ants, many ants on the kitchen. but both are small issues compared to what you get. maybe possibly bigger issue would be only 1 key/pass to get inside. but loved staying here very much! would do it again.

The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Found this unit last minute before our flight in Jakarta. Veronica is very responsive. Our flight is early in the morning yet she responded our chat very fast! The check-in instruction is very easy to follow. The place is very comfy and sooo Japanese style, exactly the same at the photos. Had a great time staying here. The amenities, the mini kitchen-everything all provided. Definitely will reserve Vero's unit when we stay again at Tangerang! Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

great stay and spacious and comfy only issue is that it is near the mall but you will have to go one round to get to the mall.

overall satisfying there are only 3 points that are expected to be repaired: 1. the toilet spray is too weak 2. the curtains in the main room are thin. can be seen from the outside when someone is jogging 3. towel hanger at the lobby thank you

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.
