Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kelapa Dua

I had a great stay at the unit, everything was very clean and neat. The place was well-maintained and comfortable. Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The place is neat and clean, sanitaries, towel, extra blanket provided, all AC in the room working as expected, TVs are small but no one really watch them as the place is really near walking distance to ICE where our exhibition located, you'll be busy :). nice and clean kitchen. quite location.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. It's not enough to stay here for a day. Anyway, every time I go to Jakarta, I'll stay here, period!!

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Thank you Christina, we honestly felt like it’s my own condo, super clean and cozy! The apartment complex has tons of great facilities too. You can explore the nearby botanical park or use the private access to The Breeze, an outdoor mall filled with cafes and restos. Overall, it was a super duper good stay! Just a heads up: the bed is on the firmer side, so far it’s no problem for us since we’re used to firm mattresses (no sore backs in the morning!), but it might be less comfy if you’re used to something softer. See u at the next occasion!

We had a pleasant stay. I came here for an important interview, and everything was perfect. The internet was stable, the surroundings were quiet, and the room was clean and smelled fresh.

Great location with direct access to Lippo Puri, and the host was very responsive and helpful. (There were some ants inside the unit, which was a bit inconvenient.)
