Clean space with great view. Price is also affordable. Provide some kitchen utensils also. The towels smells great too. And the coolest thing there’s a sapu lidi😄 Good place to stay more than 1 day.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the apartment had all the amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

Love it! The place is clean. Everything is functional. Four of us slept comfortably. It was conveniently at the same floor as the garden and swimming pool. Amedea communicates promptly and well. We told Amedea a few things that she could improved for the apartment. She was very responsive. We would stay at this place again next time.

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

Lena's hospitality is amazing. She responds to my questions incredibly fast. The house that she rents was prepared nicely. I had an issue with the TV but she gave me the solution right away. I totally recommend people staying here, such a great and wonderful place to stay! I'll be back 😁

great house to spend time with family, water to drink is available no need to buy, parking for 2 cars, rice cooker is available, hot water to bath, towels ready, soap and shampoo ready, strategic place for food.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! It was a wonderful experience, very comfortable and welcoming. Ilham was a great host and made everything easy for us. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again next time!
